1. So not only can the opposing lawyer screw you, your own one can too, several ways. Excellent.
   Is it just me? I don’t mind lawyers falling in love with clients and all, but couldn’t they wait
   until the client relationship is over? Or if they can’t wait, dump the client to another lawyer.
   That way things would be be ever so less (cough) “ethically complex”.
