The Lesser Reported Summer Makeover Tour: Punjabi Politics

Celebrating diversity on the west coast….

“The International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF) was founded in 1984 in the United Kingdom as an international branch of the All India Sikh Students’ Federation (AISSF) with centers in several countries, including Canada. The ISYF is a Sikh organization whose aim is to promote Sikh philosophy and the establishment of an independent Sikh nation called Khalistan. In the pursuit of their goal, the ISYF does not hesitate to resort to violence. Since 1984, its members have been engaged in terrorist attacks, assassinations and bombings mostly against Indian political figures, but also against moderate members of the Sikh community opposed to their extremist ways. The ISYF collaborates and/or associates with a number of Sikh terrorist organizations, notably Babbar Khalsa (BK), the Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF) and the Khalistan Commando Force (KCF).”

All that, and the company of Liberal Party candidates, too!

  1. Will the Librano$$$$$$$$$$$$$ declare a state of emergency in Canada soon? Will there ever be another federal election in Canada again? Fantastic imaginings? Not so; read any history?

Feds plan for possible terror attack during national election campaign
OTTAWA (CP) – Federal officials have drafted contingency plans for a grim scenario – the disruption of a national election by a terrorist strike on Canadian soil.
    cnews
“Feds” means AdScam Martin’s socialist regime. Notice the black words: “a grim scenario”. Black deeds to follow by the Librano$$$$$$$$$$$$$

  2. It should have read “Federal officials have drafted contingency plans for a grim scenario — a national election on Canadian soil.”

  3. Meanwhile back at the topic…
Isn’t it refreshing to know that our duly elected officials are willing to entertain the aspirations of those who enjoy playing Hide and Go Blow Up a Sikh.
Me, I’m not big on the BK or the KLF, but I’m kind of fond of KFC.
I guess lately I’m finding it hard to be shocked at anything the Libs do or say. (or don’t do or don’t say)

  4. Sikh terrorists, Tamil Tigers, Islamic terrorists?
All use murder as a tactic.
    AdScam Martin here:
“Paul Martin” a man leading more than one hundred demonstrators was shouting at the top of his voice. “Terror’s Guardian” responded the rest with raised hands behind him, brandishing national flags of both Sri Lanka and the US and placards as they marched outside the offices of the Canadian Consul General Office in Dallas Texas on August 7 between 10 a.m. and 1.15 p.m. They were protesting against Tamil Tiger fund raising activities in Canada and it seemed the protests was mainly directed against Canada’s Minister of Finance Paul Martin who has attended a fund raising dinner organized by a front organization of the Tamil Tigers of Sri Lanka.

  5. Ok, he’s not elected. My oversight.
    I guess I misinterpreted:
“the ISYF does not hesitate to resort to violence. Since 1984, its members have been engaged in terrorist attacks, assassinations and bombings mostly against Indian political figures, but also against moderate members of the Sikh community opposed to their extremist ways”
    My mistake…

  6. Why does it say “former” members. The KKK is outlawed and still has members. So is the Tong, but it has members.Actually, every gang (except Liberal supporting ones) are illegal, but they still have members.Bad choice of words. It makes it sound like they have now been reformed and are against what they formerly did.And if you believe that, well, the Liberals are honest too!

  7. So if they are looking to create a Sikh homeland what is Canada?? If you have left your home nation to take up residence in another nation while you attempt (through various means) to establish your own nation, what do you call yourself? Are you simply a Canadian of convenience? Should not Canada be your new homeland? Do you refer to yourself as Canadian while you are here, and something else when you leave?
And if you are born here and belong to this organization, what does that say about your patriotism to the country of your birth, and that which opened its arms to your parents?

  8. When the same declaration was made by Arian nations types the dogmatic left went ballistic and set about getting the feds to outlaw these groups and harrasses their members…Warren Kinsella mentions that the making of a caucasian/christian homeland was the basis for this domestic “web of hate”…again, with the denial of these extremist Punjabi politics, we see the duality of the left and their insane interpretation of multi-cult. In their minds minorities are incapable of all the evils these utopians ascribe to their own culture. When it becomes obvious their sacred dogma is horribly flawed they lie, deny or cover up the reality…..don’t they Warren?

  9. Getting tax relief for helping to fight the war on terror:
    Groups assisting ethnocultural communities
If a group provides assistance to an ethnocultural community or communities, or educates the public about a particular culture, it may be eligible for charitable registration. The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has issued a Policy Statement, effective June 30, 2005, which sets out the guidelines that the Charities Directorate uses to determine whether an ethnocultural organization or an applicant providing assistance to ethnocultural communities can be registered as a charity. See Applicants Assisting Ethnocultural Communities for all the details.

  10. I suppose that Mr. Cunningham was just following the example of his illustrious leader (remember Paul Martin with the Tamil Tigers?) when he decided to meet with this Sikh group?
Just goes to show that Lieberals will stoop to any level to gather support and votes.
    Nothing really new here.
