  1. Aside from being the area code for Manitoba, what’s the signifigance. I’m not up to speed on this one.

  2. I like this line.
Maybe there’s the thrill of finally getting to log onto Daily Kos and tell your friends you, too, were out there working to elect Democrats.

  3. I think that Kate is going to write “Is There Nothing That Obama Can’t Do?” for the next 8 years.
    Good.

  4. Well, if Sarah can tattoo her lip liner, I suppose this is OK.
I am awestruck by how flexible one can be in one’s thinking over on the left.

  5. What I’m looking forward to in our neighbors to the South, election results is, can a GOD actually cry? That or the image on his shroud will suffice!

  6. There will be a honeymoon period for the first year and a half but then senate and house elections in two years will bring out the dirty laundry.
All the stuff I hold is down about 18%, so just waiting for an exit. My exit will be out of the stock market completely. When everyone wakes up to the reality of the coming “regulations” and “safe guards” put in place for your “protection” look out. I am of course referring to the US but we will be sideswiped badly for sure.

  7. “CMP…if you can handle going to a lefty blog click on the picture.”
    Don’t help him feel relavent.

  8. OMG!! Did you guys read the comments on that post! I cannot believe these people are going to decide who will run the United States of America. These guys are the most brainwashed, drool laden, cult puppets I have ever heard of.
I frankly don’t see the appeal of Obama at all, and find it perplexing that even some conservatives think he is a good speaker. When he is talking all I see/hear is a steady stream of corrupt political bullshit that I would expect out of a high school beauty queen running for Miss whatever. The guy is as empty and shallow as an upside down paddling pool in a Saskatchewan backyard in January. Give…me…a…break.
    More Koolaid please!

  9. I did follow the link – something about making 204 calls in one day to “get out the vote” so a new tattoo was in order? Any form of cosmetic mutilation is creepy enough, but that’s just masochistic in a whole new way.

  10. Well, my wife and I were working on the GOTV here in battleground state Pennsylvania. She was working the phones and I did some door-knocking. No matter what the some of the polls say and despite some of the McCain signs here being vandalized, one still must do his duty to help out and to keep a positive attitude while doing it.
We did meet one very nice lady who had been formerly Republican but who had switched to Democrat. She was respectful and was almost apologetic because she said she liked John McCain but also explained that her husband was a liberal. Oh well. I did meet some very angry people today who are voting left and we met some very nice people today who made sure that we knew they were going Republican across the ticket.
Well, after several hours of work, I headed back to the Republican office to get my wife and go home. I got a few stares back at the Republican office when I said we can’t vote because we are not citizens yet, but when I said that Alberta is like the Texas of Canada, one of the fellows and I struck up a really good conversation. When he said that Alberta is more “American” than Massachusetts and other NorthEastern states, he and I had a good laugh.
Polls say Pennsylvania will go Democrat. We were doing our part today. My wife has swung two independents on our block and is working two others.

  11. If I was Jewish, now would be the time to get ready to run. This guy is no friend to Jews or Christians. The ignornace of History is astounding. But than thats what they have aimed for all along with cultural eqivalance. They being the neo-Marxists in Education.

  12. Imagine!!! The dedication!! Made 204 phone calls for the One.
Probably should have gotten someone other than an ex-con to do the tat though.

  13. From the NRO, Thomas Sowell
“This is our time!” he proclaimed. And “I will change the world.”
    Later:-
The equally casual ease with which Barack Obama has talked about appointing judges on the basis of their empathies with various segments of the population makes a mockery of the very concept of law.
After this man has wrecked the economy and destroyed constitutional law with his judicial appointments, what can he do for an encore? He can cripple the military and gamble America’s future on his ability to sit down with enemy nations and talk them out of causing trouble.

  14. This fellow, with the help of idiots like Oprah will be the trojan horse that takes America down. One has only to try to find an accomplishment of this community organizer to realize this man is delusional. He will not take the wealth from the Hollywood fools who support this commie, he will take wealth from the heartland of the US and hand it out to the useless of society, worked well in Russia.

  15. 204 phone calls? I wish they’d do 420 phone calls:
    “Hey man, what’s up?”
    “I got some weed”
    “Far out man”
“Forget that Ohbummer, come on over”

  16. True Story:
Back in the 80’s & early 90’s I worked for Digital Equipment Corporation. At DEC we had an internal worldwide network called ‘EasyNet’. One of the applications we used was called Vax Notes, sort of a precursor to modern online forums, and blogs.
In EasyNotes, each topic had an index number and a title. One of the forums I frequented was called SoapBox, which was the sort-of off-topic Notes forum (most others were work related). Topci 204 was titles “You’re an idiot!”.
When someone was trolling particularly vigorously, or otherwise just being, well, an idiot, in some other topic, someone else would eventually tell the the offender to “go to 204!”. That way you could call the miscreant an idiot without actually callling him an idiot.
Of course, when I saw the title of this post…

  17. Che/Obama Che/Obama Che/Obama/Che! Obama/Che Obama/Che Obama/Che! I love chants,don’t you?

  18. Cerdip…that’s funny!
The cultish behaviour combined with the lack of scrutiny by the electorate confirms the idea that ignorance is bliss.

  19. With any luck, this clown will look at that tattoo 20 years from now and think what a gullible putz he was when he was a kid.
It will suck pretty hard if he thinks how he participated in the end of the Golden Age. I like living in the golden age, myself.
