  1. I don’t think the eat what you kill pics will go over well down East but the photograghy is great.

  2. Lot’s of truck, farmland and bad weather. I find it a tad boring regardless of the composition and color. Perhaps the upcoming portraiture work will be more interesting.

  3. Love his photography.
Clicked on ‘home’ for part 2 of his interview.
Thanks for that Kate. A welcome break from ‘the world today’.

  4. Abe — think of how many bad photos you’ve seen of trucks, weather and farms, then compare them to Sean’s.
General comment, not applicable to Sean or his work: Photoshop is ruining photography. Too many amateurs pretending they are pros due to their laptops fixing what they blow in the field. People are forgetting how to get the shot, and instead are inventing it.

  5. It al looks familiar to me, having grown up in Regina and areas surrounding, the photos of “that hunter” heh reminds me of my neighbors, and the sky that goes on forever. There’s quite a few memories that get jarred out of place when looking at Sean’s excellent photography. I think I’ve said that before at SDA… and it’s good to revisit the updates.

  6. Road to Perdition I think it was called was a beauty. Went past it too fast. Very nice flow to it.

  7. Back in the day…a long time ago and far far away….I made the acquaintance of a free lance photographer. Typically he had several really expensive cameras hung on him…..and a kodak disc on his wrist.
He opined that the disc camera would never produce a great picture but nearly always a good one….as with the fancy rigs time and care were necessary.
He made the cover of Time magazine several times…always with the point and shoot disc….
As he said a Time magazine covershot will not pose for you…you must catch it….
John Wesley Hardin said the winner is not the first to shoot but the first to hit……
