With another successful weekend behind us (this time in Denver), blogging should return to normal for a couple of weeks, before we return stateside to inflict yet more punishment on hapless American Miniature Schnauzer exhibitors. Shown only one weekend in Canada and three in the US, “Venus” is already ranked nationally in both countries. And while I lack the time and financial resources to pursue those goals for a full year, it’s been fun upsetting the best laid early plans of those who do.
Many thanks to the guest bloggers for helping make it all possible! It’s been many years since I’ve had a dog with both the quality and the willingness to compete at the highest levels – your assistance in keeping SDA rolling so that I can “enjoy the moment” is deeply appreciated.
Well, best of luck, Kate! All we denizens of SDA are keeping our fingers crossed for you and Venus.
Best wishes for greater triumphs! (and good to have you back).
Yes, thank you to the guest bloggers and good to ‘see’ you back, Kate.
Looks like you are waging Guerilla Warfare on American show rings, or maybe that should be Canine Warfare?
Go Girl Go . . .
Always said that Kate’s Venus was quite impressive. /rimshot
Congratulations, you certainly earn your laurels. I’m almost afraid to ask how many miles you have put on the road in your canine conquest. Probably enough gas taxes have been paid to have a road somewhere named after you.
You could name the next one ‘Tar Sands’ and double down but enjoy living your dream.
Congrats Kate, when will we see you at Westminster?
When I win the lottery!
Good for you Kate and Venus. Your guest bloggers have done a great job.
Yes, they do, Ken. The traffic stats don’t lie!
glad to see you back. And robert still is an awful poster.
Glad its going well for your activities.
Have you a Pic of the Dog?
Kate, _you’re_ deeply appreciated.
Thanks
Dana
Three words of advice: Find a sponsor
Hey there MMM, you’re swimming in pension cheques… 😉
Good Doggie!
The guest bloggers are spiffy, but I really wish they would hold these schnauzer-competitions in Delisle.
