SDA Gets Results!

The creepy pro-Obama ad featuring the child singers chastising adults has suddenly been removed by its creators from both YouTube and Vimeo. Even the host website – www.futurechildrenproject.com – has disappeared.
But the Internet never forgets, and the video can still be found, even though Obama et al no longer wish you to see it.
Perhaps future historians will be able to figure out how a political advertisement so missed the mark. That’ll be the first step in determining how a 4-year presidency turned out to be the absolute worst in modern history.

  1. I notice that it is always lefties who are disappearing their own videos such as this one and the 10:10 exploding heads video a couple years ago. I cannot recall any conservative video clips being removed because they so badly misjudged what the public reaction to them would be. Is this not a strong indicator that the lefties are out of touch with the average voter and the right wing is in touch?

  2. All of the ads from Obama and his supporters as of late have me scratching my head in confusion. There’s this one, the ad likening an Obama vote to losing your virginity, Whedon’s Romney Zombie ad, and Moore’s vulgar elderly ad. Do the Dems think these ads will help attract/retain independents?

  3. I kind of miss that kiddie Komsomol video.
I bet the Russkies are saying “hey, you didn’t make that, we did it for you”.

  4. You would think the backlash to mmm, mmm, mmm Obama would have clued them in that children singing in praise of Dear Leader is creepy.

  5. Unfortunately I don’t think there’s enough time now but I had hoped something like the “soldiers in the streets with guns ad” would have been released by the dumbocrats.

  6. Catoclysmos the ad likening an Obama vote to losing your virginity is a Republican ad.
Basically fool me once type thing.

  7. Actually, it IS gone. Completely flushed from multiple copies and uploads. I find the fact that some people can compel the removal of embarrassing content from the web far more disturbing than the content of the video itself.
I am increasingly seeing evidence, articles, images and videos quietly disappearing from the public domain, but only at the behest of people with a particular political orientation.
I can’t stress enough how very dangerous this trend is.

  9. Hard to say how many people actually saw the advert, but I sent it out along with the ad of ’13 yr. old Jenny’ – a Republican oriented ad that showed an exceedingly charming and well spoken black american student who ‘graded’ both Obama and Romney on their respective abilities.
The Democrat ad was nasty, dark and creepy while the Republican ad tended towards the factual, bright and hopeful.
It went out to several dozen of my friends, many of whom sadly prefer Obama. Hopefully, a little at a time, we can bring them around to recognizing the ‘soul’ of the two parties.
