It’s hard to find a decent place to rent in Edmonton. For one condo I own, I had the tenant give notice over Xmas for Feb 1st. I thought “Great, how am I going to rent this place over the holidays?”
I put an ad on Kijiji and had 62 replies in the first 24 hours.
Good luck RD, wish I could help from Ontario, but we don’t know anyone there anymore.
