  1. It should be noted that the Indian Bands have been organized as the main opposition to the pipeline. The political leaders are hiding behind the Indians, the Indians are their TOOLS.
Indian bands don’t have a downside (non-Stakeholders)in the Canadian Economy.. Someone needs to tie their welfare, such that selling out to environmental foreign groups has a consequence.
It would seem reasonable that the Chiefs MUST report (to at least their own Bands) all money and their contact with “agents” of Foreign Lobbyists. The same requirements of all leaders of Governments.

  2. WTF??? There you go talking sense again. How many slap shots did you take to the head? 🙂

  3. Well said.
From the poll results it does appear that people are solidly behind the Gateway pipeline.

  4. Damned good idea! The “First Blackmailers” need to be reminded where the money that pays for their leeching off the Rest of Canadians comes from.
And if I hear anyone describe the area the pipeline is proposed to go through as “pristine wilderness” one more time,I may lose lunch.

  5. Very interesting. CFAX is a very leftwing station, always preaching to the leftwing government worker audience. Terry Spence is a moron. The rest of their hosts are nothing but lapdogs for the usual suspects.
How long will it take CFAX to disappear these results?

  6. Here’s another poll that needs our help. CTV news: “Would you sign a petition OPPOSING Enbridge’s Northern Gateway Project?”

Currently at 52% Yes, 48% No.
Ticks me off that a million city dwellers in Vancouver who support more spending for teachers will turn around and condemn the very industry that provides the cash.
    Idiots.

  7. What we must remember here is that the Supreme Court of Canada is clearly on the first nation side of first nation issues. This isn’t going anywhere for a long time.
There is also enough history to show that militant first nations warriors could quickly rally to their brothers in BC. A couple or three dead welders and a few burnt bunkhouses and there would be no workers on site.

  8. It’s 51-49 no so we are winning!!
MID ISLAND MIKE i work on a rig site i’d like to them try that! there are lots of tough roughnecks and riggers that would love the opportunity to return fire…oh yeah the company policy is no weapons on site, funny thing is…even the company man keeps a rifle onsite. These crews are pretty close at least the ones i work on.forget about company protocols.its game on if that happens i guarantee it!!
