I read that this morning and was like uh-huh so there was wmd….and now terrorists have it, Wtf?
Ah yes, the WMDs that didn’t exist, but then survived an American invasion of Iraq and stayed in the same place since 2002 through not one but TWO US presidents.
What I want to know is:
1. Will they vanish again when a Republican wins the White House?
2. If the terrorists use them on somebody before November 2016 will it still be Bush’s fault?
Will George W Bush now be receiving apologies and vindication for what has now been proven to be factual, Iraq did/does have WMDs?
Can the US, indeed the free world,survive the remainder of the Obama Presidency without dire consequences? Is this man taking anything that’s happening in the ME seriously?

Paul, I usually start with F- YOU! when arguing with Lefties. Saves time and elevates the argument from whatever subterranean sink of lies they’re arguing from.
In fact, I think that if more arguments with Lefties used F- YOU!!! as a starting point and proceeded directly to fisticuffs, we would have a lot less trouble with Lefties.

For anyone who says Saddam didn’t have WMDs, just ask the Kurds…I would defy you to find a single world leader of any credibility (I know, a difficult task) who didn’t thin that Saddam had, and would not hesitate to use WMDs. Rumours at the time said they were all moved to Syria. And now that Syria has been declared WMD free, well 98% anyway, where exactly does Chlorine gas sit on the WMD spectrum. Obumbles is a fraud and is going to cause a conflagration unmatched in human history. Pray for Israel, they are the frontline in the civilizational war to come.
Yes, but this doesn’t change the fact that the 2003 invasion was a terrible, tragic mistake.
It does not make the case that Saddam was a threat to other than his crazy ME neighbours.
And yes, I did support that disastrous adventure, much to my everlasting chagrin.
Trying to now justify that disastrous intervention based on this news is sheer, embarrassing desperation.

Saddam’s refusal to comply with many many FINAL UN demands was the reason for the invasion.
He was left in power, and alive after invading Kuwait because he agreed to comply with UN demands and sanctions. The second invasion was actually still part of the first.
The world seems to forget that.

reactor in Dimona in the Negev Desert. The Israeli government announced that three rockets had been fired at Dimona,
two of which missed the town and the third which was intercepted by the Iron Dome system.
It appears that HAMAS now has a considerable quantity of long range rockets. Israeli efforts at interdiction have
obviously been insufficient.
A direct hit on a nuclear reactor stands a good chance of spreading massive quantities of fallout. Time to nuke the
Middle East. Where, you say? Well, the Califate now controls a lot of territory. Maybe the first place to go should be
Mosul – which IS is knocking down as fast as they can anyway.
John Lewis – if the Dimona reactor is an American LW reactor, it probably has a containment vessel that could withstand the impact of a 747. American reactors all do, and I hardly doubt the Israelis were any less terrorism conscious in their reactor at Dimona.

One of the proven features of IRONDOME is that it tracks incoming objects and only intercepts those ones which will strike a residential or strategic target. Those which will miss and land in open country are ignored by the system. IRONDOME is completely automatic once armed….it’s “ignore” feature is to conserve expensive interceptors.
South Korea has purchased many IRONDOME batteries from Israel…which will reduce the threat of NORK artillery and rockets especially to Seoul.
me no dhimmie……. I am late to this thread but I too supported the war in Iraq. I was disappointed that the war was not prosecuted to the point where all followers of islam were forced to lay down all weapons, and were made to work for the U.S. in perpetuity.
