So California. Spending money they don’t have for another really stupid reason. I could suggest to them that they could use this money to pay down their debt….. but in order for them to do that they would actually have to borrow more money…… Stupid knows no bounds. So true.

Sea level is rising at nearby San Diego at the horrifying rate of 2.04 mm/year or 0.67 ft. per century. RUN! RUN!
