New radio show, one you might like

In case you have not heard I will be hosting a nightly talk radio show in Ottawa starting March 7th on Newstalk 580 CFRA. The show will air from 7pm to 10pm ET and will be available for live streaming and later listening via poddcast.
No, I’m not leaving The Rebel, just expanding the reach of what we do.
In the meantime I am filling in on another show as the station readjusts the schedule. Today, taking on Montreal’s bag ban and water bottle ban, plus a crazy NDP plan for gender equity in Parliament.

  1. You were talking about viral progressive ideas, such as eliminating plastic water bottles, on your show. Another one is Montreal’s Bixi bike programme which continues to cost us so much and which we have encouraged other cities in North America and overseas to take up. Montreal’s programme is especially absurd given our long winters and the fact that most people only use the bikes downhill so they have to be trucked uphill, negating the environmental purpose.

  2. The PROGS with the City of Victoria are jumping on the bag ban bandwagon as well. All symbolism, all the time. Of course, this doesn’t affect the plastic bags for fruit and vegetables inside the store, nor the use of dead trees to use as bags for groceries.
The PROGS are smart as a bag of hammers
