  1. Just rented 13 Hours the amazing film about Benghazi. Like a zombie movie with wave after wave of Islamic attackers on the compound and CIA annex.
How anyone can support Obama and Hillary after seeing this film is beyond me though they are not named in the film.

  2. The misplaced turban defence:
Drunk Sikh’s turban falls off in back of police cruiser.
Drunk Sikh provides breath sample and blows over the limit
Drunk Sikh charged with Impaired and over .08
Drunk Sikh goes to court and says his rights were violated because, even though he didn’t ask for it, cops should have known he was vulnerable without his turban
Her Honour agrees with drunk Sikh.
So, if you’re ever arrested for impaired, just leave your St. Chistopher medal (or Blackhawks hat) in the back of the cruiser.

  3. First man to die in a self-driving Tesla watching Harry Potter as his Tesla windshield crashed underneath tractor trailer.
Witness claims he had a Harry Potter movie playing when his car plowed into a truck while on autopilot.
White truck as big as a barn, is not visible to Teslas on-board autopilot computer.

“Tesla driver’s death using car’s “Autopilot” probed by NHTSA”
“A driver so enamored of his Tesla Model S sedan that he nicknamed the car “Tessy” and praised the safety benefits of its sophisticated “Autopilot” system has become the first U.S. fatality in a wreck involving a car in self-driving mode.”

  5. I saw that on Yahoo News!!
    Green logic.
Mr. Rite drives a gasoline powered F-150 therefore he can’t talk on his cell while the vehicle is in motion. (Why?? Because Henry Ford was a Conservative??)
Mr. Left however can watch movies while driving his ”Auto piloted” Tesla down a busy street. (Why?? Because he kizzes Obama’s left cheek.)

  6. If you have the original story, with reasonable evidence, send it to ”Mothers Agaisnt Drinking and Driving” or MADD. Trust me, they will protest the decision.

  7. he can’t talk on his cell while the vehicle is in motion. (Why?? Because Henry Ford was a Conservative??)
    No.
“Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.” George Carlin
More than half of the drivers on the road can’t talk on their cell phone while driving because their inherent stupidity makes them too easily distracted. Public safety laws have to be crafted for the stupidest people in society, not the smartest ones.

  8. Hopefully this will put a stop to this self-driving foolishness before some innocent person gets killed.

  9. Two famous women were born on July 1: Diana, Princess of Wales (1961) and Olivia de Havilland (1916), who turns 100 today. Ms. de Havilland’s cousin was aircraft designer Sir Geoffrey de Havilland.

  10. My mother-in-law is one of them. We celebrated her 100th in May. She still almost a full bag of marbles, and has just some short term memory loss. Still lives on her own with and has staff look in on her about four times a day.
Meanwhile. We teach our kids that there are what twenty-six genders or is it twenty-six letters in the alphabet. I forget which. It is all becoming too confusing. Elsewhere, in a Gaza Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony they have a demonstration of real life education that our confused future leaders will encounter.

  11. Folks have already made reference to court case:
“A Mississauga man has been found not guilty of driving with excess blood alcohol because a judge found police violated his rights by withholding his turban for more than three hours after his arrest.”
    https://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2016/07/01/drunk-driving-case-tossed-after-peel-cops-retain-accuseds-turban.html
Am I the only one to find the result an interesting contrast to the following one, juxtaposition-wise?
“MacPherson wrote that the decision not to accredit does infringe on TWU’s right to freedom of religion, but not to the point where it must be overturned.”
    https://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2016/06/29/ontario-appeal-court-upholds-decision-not-to-accredit-evangelical-law-school.html
Both can be found without a touch of irony on the Red Star’s website, showing again that some religions are more equal than others.

  12. Best wishes to your Mother-in-law Ken. As the article states, she has reached an age that on average only 17 per 100,000 people will see. The vast majority of us know that our own days will never be as numerous and yet oddly we still find comfort and encouragement when we come across these stories of longevity.

  13. Thank you. She couldn’t figure what all the fuss was about.
Jesus Weeps, the media is doing its level best to build a personality cult around an empty suit. They are already campaigning for him for 2019.
