Renegade Regulator

Restore CSA;

We filed with the Law Society in early October. As of October 27th, the Society has opened a review of Falconi’s conduct, first to verify that it “raises issues of professional conduct,” and, if confirmed, the Society will then direct the matter to the Professional Regulation Division, probably in November.

  1. How long has this crusade to Un-fvck the CSA?
    This is Ontario right?
    First you have to un-fvck Ontario before you bite off small crumbs from the whole rotting cookie.
    There is no functional regulatory or legal system in Ontario which will act aganst offial corruption – that would be counter productive to the system which produces the corrupt regulators in the first place.
    You’s have a better chance finding a virgin in a brothel than an uncorrupted adjudicating body in Ontario.

  2. The long and arduous battle against the CSA being waged by a small group of brave citizens underscores precisely why Trump is so popular.
    People are sick and tired of government, bureaucrats and corruption. The system is rigged and the crookedness of the CSA is an excellent example of that.
    I hope Canada gets our own Trump soon. We need someone like him just as badly as our neighbors to the south. Someone who is on the side of the people, with the personality and guts and balls to not just tinker with the system, but to blow it up.

  3. Maybe a Trump is not needed. In the USSA, patriots stand ready to reveal the lies and corruption that is so rampant. That’s why FBI’s Comey had to reopen the Clinton file.
    Criminals keep everyone from spilling the beans by having damning evidence on everybody in power positions. But there are some people who are clean and cannot be bribed. It is these people who will bring the system down – eventually. The corrupt criminals will go to prison, just not soon enough. The plebes however will pay the price as the economy must recover from the misallocation of resources caused by these criminals.

  4. This will be interesting.
    I expect we will see the Law Society weasel,stall and fail to investigate the evidence.
    Given their position as members of the Just Us System and the creeping kleptocracy, I will be gobsmacked if they practice what they preach.
    There is a reason most of our MP’s are exlawyers.

  5. ‘In Canada, selling influence over legislation to foreigners is a serious violation of several sections of the Criminal Code and, in the United States, it’s a violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and various states’ RICO (anti-racketeering) laws. In other words, in both countries its a crime’
    We can only hope on both sides of the 49th.
