  1. Pierre Lemieux is doing very well especially since he is getting votes in Quebec where the ridings have fewer members. Supporters of Brad Trost may come to him to a large extent.

  2. Amazing how O’Leary managed to raise a million bucks even before he announced in January 2017 , huh?

  3. The numbers are actually for Q1 2017 (Jan-Mar). This Justin Ling fellow might have meant “Q4 2016-17”.

  4. I think Chris Alexander is a much under rated candidate. I am voting for him. His policy positions are well thought out. I don’t expect him to do that well as he seems to be pretty low profile. Maybe he will succeed next time. Canada needs someone with his intelligence and integrity.

  5. If you place Alexander as your #1 choice then list Bernier and Scheer for your #s 2&3 so your vote will count for something.

  6. Bernier, trost will be getting my vote…who ever wins i will vote for except chong.

  7. If I voted 2 or 3 for Bernier, I don’t think my vote will count, since lots are voting for him. It will count, but not make much difference. I am pretty sure it is Bernier’s to lose. I may cast a number 2 or 3 for Kelly Leitch, in defiance of the media’s attempt to smear her as an extremist. She is not. She won’t win, but her ideas are important.

  8. What needs to also be noted is that the cpc and the candidates raised 3.5 times more than the LPC did.

  9. The LPC gets the scraps, just enough to survive. The real money goes to speaking fees and other scams; mysteriously certain individuals become very wealthy.

  10. Once I caught sight of the “voting – you must do the following, etc, etc”, er, no, GTH.
As Mae West was wont to say: “I don’t vote, it just encourages them.”
