1. Question: WTF were they doing lying on a roadway??
   According to the San Francisco Chronicle, he revved his engine ”at” the protesters who were lying on the street playing dead.

   Maybe he was just acting as a good Samaritan and trying to wake the dead. Under USA (and other countries) the ”Good Samaritan Legislation” protects you against prosecution if you should accidentally cause harm to an individual while trying to help a person who is in peril. (Ex: Rescuing a child from a burning automobile.)
   Use your imagination good buddy!!

   There is an act called ”The Good Samaritan Act” that protects individuals against prosecution should they accidentally injure someone while rescuing one or more persons in peril. (Example: Rescuing a childe from a berning automobile.)
   (Note: I had my original comment held back by the blog administrator, that’s why I mispelled key words.)

4. San Fran Lilliputians are particularly fond of blocking the streets with their protests … thus blocking all the “outsiders” who dare to drive automobiles into their precious city. The usual culprits are “critical mass”. … a group of rogue bicyclists … affectionately known as critical massholes. Seems to me that this motorcyclist is providing a public service by clearing the streets of obstructions. Such obstructions would NEVER be allowed in any other … SANE city. Here in SF … it appears as though the SFPD are helping the faux dead and dying block the roadway. Now tell me who the SICK party is in this little diorama.

7. Just another day in the alternative world of San Francisco. At least none of them, protesters or rider, was naked …. which would be no biggy in SF.
   By the way, I’m pretty certain that these were paid protesters judging by the SEIU shirt on the fat chick in image #3.

   Mildly encouraging. Vigilante action is now no longer morally repugnant.
   As others have pointed out, doing the job the cops should be doing.
   Cops hate that of course.
   Love the rider’s line: You were blocking the street, now you’re not. See how that works.
   Wisely he did no actual violence but merely gave some people a needed scare.

15. For the record, I was referring to the motorcycle rider clearing the road, something the cops should do. Protesters should not be allowed to block streets.
    The thread is about this rider “showing up to riot” metaphorically speaking.
    I was referring to early tenuous signs of push back.
    I don’t believe in tit for tat avenging violence, but I DO understand the impulse.
    Remember a lot of lefties like you are OK with killing Israeli civilians considering them as soldiers because of the universal draft. Many imams too.
    Applying lefty thinking, killing muslims in the west would be justified.
    But again, that is NOT MY view.
    Oh, and speaking of Muslims who I don’t want “murdered” by cops or anybody else for that matter: I am also very much against their being allowed to take over city streets to “pray”.
    I’d like to see water cannon used to cool their dawa/jihad ardour.
    On Christians too should they pull that stunt, which of course they don’t.
