It’s a long way off….

But the explosions would be glorious!

Moore, who was an economic adviser for Trump during the 2016 campaign, estimates the president’s current odds of re-election at 70 percent, unless there’s a recession — a view he admits is in sharp contrast to other Acela corridor analysts.

  1. Gonna need a lot of PopCorn for that one…..
    Hugo Chavez indeed….

Isn’t it interesting that the “slide” from Socialist to abject Stupidity (Marxism), occurred at the same time here in Canada. Witness the NDP and their electing a terrorist sympathizer, the Libs electing a Trust Fund chid with an overt admiration for the Chinese Basic dictatorship & one who believes that Castro did so much for “his” people.

100% laid at the feet of our UNIONIZED Education system.
Which is why I am and will continue to promote the De-Certification of Public SERVICE Unions or at the very least the introduction of Right to Work legislation.

  2. Hope / Wish the Politicans would take heed:
    From U.S. Economist Stephen Moore:
” You can’t be pro- worker and anti-business.”

Hope the Liberals here go the way of the Democrats in the U.S:
    BURNT TOAST!

  3. I am feeling like Kenji.. I am amazed by the strategy of Trump.. When he came out and said Republicans should forget about
coming together to pass Immigration reform and wait until they win more seats in Nov…. He gave Democrats the talking point that will defeat Republicans in a huge blue wave. Yes Republicans “will be responsible for the failure to pass a bill that would solve all the angst…
The Republicans are in the bright light until they can blame Democrats for NOT been part of the Bill that is coming at the speed of light.

    JMHO

  4. Quote: “The Democratic Party is “lunatic” in the sense that “You can’t be pro-worker and anti-business.” …unless you are socialist like Sanders. Some are of the opinion that Sanders could have beaten Trump….but we never got to that point cuz the DNC colluded with Clinton to shut out Sanders and then distracted from their cheating by blaming the Russians for the election loss. I’d like to see the populist champs Trump & Sanders put the gloves on in 2020 while the professional uni-party of the elites is relegated to the dustbin of history.

  5. “Defeat the Republicans in a huge blue wave?” Words by PG Shaw…

Didn’t your large guy once say that it was “all about the economy stupid?”

  6. I hope Trump has such success that he has to run. Seeing all the exploding Democrat heads would be more joyous than last time.

  7. That might be true if the Dems re-nominate Hillary or choose Sanders. That’s unlikely to put it mildly. Even more unlikely is not having a recession before then.

    1. Oh, we know your pals at the Fed and in Beijing are working on a financial crisis you can blame on Trump.

What will you do when Trump lets the banks fail and takes back the US government’s constitutional right to issue money and regulate its value?

The Chinese communists think all that debt gives them a right to foreclose on America. Let’s see the bastards try to collect.

    2. ” Who ya gonna call/ run, Ghostbusters?”

Young white goo on his mouth, another Kennedy?
      Oprah ‘n Gail?
Joe Biden? Bernie? D.W.S.? Nancy Pelosi? Joe Scarborough n Meeekkkaaa? Shep Smith? Chuck Schumer? Peter Fonda featuring Hanoi Jane? Meryl Streep? Etc

  8. Too bad they can’t bring Obama back. No? Clinton, either one (maybe Bubba but past best before date). No?

It took this long to find out Lincoln was a bad President since Obama claimed to be as good as him.

“In a new Quinnipiac University Poll, 33% named Obama the worst president since World War II, and 28% put Bush at the bottom of post-war presidents.”

“Over the span of 69 years of American history and 12 presidencies, President Barack Obama finds himself with President George W. Bush at the bottom of the popularity barrel,” said Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll.”

Of course, Obama and Bush are the most recent presidents; historians will tell you that it takes decades to truly measure an individual president’s performance.”

IOW, there’s still room to set a new low. Imho, Obama was a weak POTUS, even without considering his nasty partisanship and ideological addling. I still think he beats Trump on narcissism. Again, there’s still time.

  9. “Unless there’s a recession” is key. The globalists are working on that one.

Why do you think the Fed suddenly decided to raise interest rates the moment Americans started getting wage hikes? The plan is to trigger another financial crisis, which can be blamed on Trump’s “trade war.”

It’s worked before—that’s how they got the Former Occupant elected in 2008.

    1. ” elected in 2008″…
In the meantime they use people as cannon fodder and ruin livelihoods, lives and life savings.

  10. There may well be an explosion in more ways than one. If the Democrats keep moving to the left there could literally be real explosions. However, it would be nice to see lefty heads explode following another Trump win.

I am not sure that enough American people have noticed just how far left the Democrats have gone, or if they have noticed, that they are not to addicted to the promise of free lunches.

  11. The Democrat’s outright refusal to work on any legislative solution to illegal immigration will be difficult to conceal. Just as poll participants in 2016 were reluctant to reveal their preference for Trump, in 2018 and 2020 poll participants will fight shy of expressing any dissatisfaction with the permanent chaos to which Democrats have sentenced the nation, for fear of being branded “racist.” That does not mean that dissatisfaction isn’t real.
