The Libranos: SNC Lavalin

Breaking…

  1. The good ship Justin needs to install those big discs on the mooring lines to keep any more of the rats from getting off. I’d say he’s done, sooner or later.

    1. We need to be aware that this is likely an attempt by the NDP More Woke-wing of the Liberals to take over the Party. They are saying Justin is not woke enough for them. By all means Trudeau should go but if they pick a Woker One leftoid to replace him that will not be good for Canada.

Having said that, I think the key point is that no one should be above the law, and this paramount principle needs to be re-established in Canada. On this point I could agree with JW-R and Philpott. But that is not who they are. They are Diversity panderers. The Diversity pandering that JW-R and Philpott have been part of will only lead to division.

      1. Absolutely. JWR is not someone we should be cheering for. She is a far-leftist Indian activist whose true agenda is actually quite frightening. However, in the meantime, she can be a useful idiot by assisting in the necessary process of ridding the country of Trudeau, and then, after that has been accomplished, she can be removed from office. Until then: Go Jody Go!!!

    2. Harper’s minions jumped ship because they were exhausted by the national temper tantrum against Stephen Harper posing as a federal election. Justin’s defections otoh, while also out of self-interest are more likely disgust than slime overload.

But, we shall see. Without lots more evidence, I still will not trust the mediocracy or the Grit political culture of corruption or anyone associated with it.

Politically, if votes and even MPs go to the Conservatives that would be great, but even defections to the NDP will help a lot.

    3. Trudeau gov continues to self-destruct.

Should it be replaced by a party that will continue to pander and favour its political clienteles, even if it’s not breaking the law?

Or by one that promises to dismantle this whole corrupt system of vote-buying?

      That’s the choice.

  2. Down with the two party system of Libs and Cons and their bought and paid for Prestitutes Media says:

    Still a leftist Globalist liberal…

        1. So vote the Globalist Sheer who will follow the UN and Canadians will be governed by elites who we never get to vote in or out.

Enjoy Sheering Your Freedoms and rights away…

          1. Having survived NDP governments in ON & BC I’m particularly averse to the thought of them forming a federal government.

It looks to me like a lose, lose, lose, lose situation.

      1. Just remember the leftist creed, if “conservatives” get power the poor will begin to die off due to climate change.

  3. Ms. Philpott’s resignation is good news for clean-government forces in our country, and another black eye for the Trudeau government. The last few days have shown that the Trudeau government has been trying to regain the narrative (Butts testifying at the House Justice Committee, etc.), but this is another bombshell. One can only hope that there are more cabinet members thinking about this, or some caucus members ready to sit as independents.

    1. And don’t forget that Saint John NB Liberal MP Wayne Long(Elsie Wayne’s old seat) came out for an Inquiry the day after LavScam broke.

He is still on the outs after going against the Small Business Tax increases.

But do remember you are dealing with Liberals.

I equate it to dealing with the odd socio/pyschopath we all tend to run into from time to time.

After a spell I realize they are missing a particular part of their humanity.

They just aren’t right in all the right places. No cure.

      Liberals resemble that remark.

  4. A shocker for sure, as she was not directly responsible for the Lavalin imbroglio. Jr cannot simply ignore this, his entire government is in trouble. The wrong Liberals are resigning, Wernick, Jr, Chin, show no sign of getting the message so far.

  5. I wonder what name Butts will call her? Stressed out? A nazi? A Quebec hating racist?

And Justin is phoning Butts “uh uh Gerry, uh what do I do? They don’t love me any more.”

    1. Butt’s reply to Justin: There There Justin…i’ll get you a new Shiny Pony for the morning!!

      1. Our little man child drama teacher feminist people kind fool seems to be out of his depth doesn’t he?

What is remarkable is that more people didn’t see him for the fool he was from day one.

        1. They were too mesmerized by the pretty hair, sonorous voice, his last name, and bamboozled by the media.

        2. Anyone who was paying attention, could see what a fraud Justin Trudeau is and what a wretched half-wit he truly is. He literally wasted his youth resisting adulthood while waiting to be used by the Liberal party to win a federal election.

Justin Trudeau was in, way over his hair right from the jump.

He knows nothing but opportunism, but his lack of brains and ethics is now dissolving him. It’s a good thing he is wealthy because can you think of anyone who would hire that twit … and to do what?

  6. And to think it’s all due to Brison leaving.

There is definitely something starting to stink in Montreal and it isn’t the sewage they dump into the river.

  7. Trudeau must really be miffed by what he’s seeing. Mind you everyone if miffed by honest Liberals. In their wildest imagination no-one thought they would ever see it.

  8. i think its time justin has a walk in the snow, right over to the GG house and declare the people have lost confidance in him and his govt.

    1. He will then request the GG dissolve the people and elect a new one.
      (Pace Bertolt Brecht)

  9. Why does it take so long for supposedly smart people to figure out what we knew from the beginning about turdo and his ethics?

  10. Walk in the snow? Bad news! The Creston Groper is going to resign and just in time for the next election we will have a new PM, likely Wilson-Raybould. With the sympathy vote, Andrew Steer doesn’t have a chance.

    1. Not sure if Turdeau will resign. He might just call an election and not sign JWR’s or Philpott’s nomination papers. It will be stand with me Liberals or go down to defeat.

      1. Justin and the Power Mongers might decide to extend their corruption concert circuit into the 5th year of their mandate?

    2. Puglass will be seen as a traitor.nJenny Kwan tried the same thing with the NDP. She is gone from the provincial NDP now. Traitors are never seen well, despite how virtuous they portray themselves

    3. No she won’t be; she would remind the elctorate too muchg about why Twinkle-Toes (BHCS) is not running. It will be someone with a friendly demeanor and no controversy. I doubt Freeland, she’s not got a friendly demeanor. erhaps they’ll get Andy 2% to run for them 🙂

      Perhaps Marie-CLaude https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marie-Claude_Bibeau. P

    4. scar, the Quebec cartel would never accept JWR as PM,unless she’s been bullshitting us all along and knows how to play the game of Quebec First, everybody else third.

  11. I get literature from two MP’s as I live close to the boundary of their ridings. I sent them both an email (same email, not blind copied) asking if they fully support and endorse the conduct of the PM and senior officials in this matter. It is a matter of character and I want to know where they stand in case they are running in another election that doesn’t have Zoolander at the helm. I think all Canadians should want to know where their local representatives stand.

Joe mentioned Brison leaving. I’m surprised there isn’t more conversation about how “coincidental” his resignation was. December 18, the word is that Dipshit is going to get it done “one way or another”. Then the holidays when nothing official happens. Shortly into the new year, Brison magically resigns triggering the shuffle that gives Numbnuts what he wants. As an added bonus, the stink that is on Brison from the Norman affair gets a little farther away.
Tell me that he didn’t get tapped to step aside.

  12. Another female in cabinet that has awoken to the reality that perhaps she was just another prop in the drama teacher’s play.
    Kudos to Max’s tweet above.

  13. Uh oh, is this going to upset the precious gender-balance of PM Jackhole’s cabinet?

  14. I would like to think that her decision was based upon ethics and integrity but then I realize she is a liarberal. Her decision is based upon the first and foremost consideration for any liarberal; “What’s in it for me” She is only trying to save her own bacon

    1. She’s a liberal. She.has no morality, only bullet talking points.

      1. She fully supports the Liberal Party platform (still), the only item I agree with her on, is her resignation.

She’s a true believer in global warming, big gov’t, a gov’t program for everything, more Syrians in Canada, gender whatever…

    1. No they waited too long for it to be their consciences; it was their arses, not their souls, they were worried about.

  15. Methinks the good MP saw what went on during the cabinet meetings and how they went after JWR and she could not, in good conscience, continue in that rats’ nest. There are reasons why JT would not give JWR clearance to talk about what went on after the cabinet shuffle.

    1. *
over at macleans they just tore jussie a
      new a$$hole
      over snc…

      “I don’t even need Wilson-Raybould to be
any kind of hero to note that her response
to this whole clandestine business was
close to what my reaction or yours would
have been if Trudeau and his legions had
condescended to let us in on what they
      were doing.”

get out the burn cream at the PMO.

      and that was pre-philpott news.

      *

  16. “I sent them both an email (same email, not blind copied) asking if they fully support and endorse the conduct of the PM and senior officials in this matter. It is a matter of character and I want to know where they stand in case they are running in another election that doesn’t have Zoolander at the helm. I think all Canadians should want to know where their local representatives stand.”

Good idea….thanks, I just did the same.

  17. The sisterhood is going to take him down. Not the ukerainien sausage or Barbie…they will be heading down the road with bongo hirself. They are as vacant as bongo.

Bongo had better negotiate an exit strategy or there will be a size 6 stiletto foot print squarely in the middle of his back when he claims he jumped.

I’ll bet Buttsey is rewriting his Wednesday proclamations. I’m thinking he knows there is a good chance something criminal is going to come out of this and he is covering his ass. He might not even show up on Wednesday given that someone of Philpotts stature resigned.

    This is BIG!

  18. I can only think that the internal polling the Liebels are doing are indicating a fall election drubbing. If these two women are blowing the whistle we can hope it is for ethical reasons but why do I doubt that? IMHO the fact that they are Liebels in the first place indicates a huge number of ‘values adjustments’ to rationalize any agreement with the Party philosophy and actual actions. Should we start listing off all the other events/issues where a similar ethical crisis should/could have occurred? I haven’t the time. Wait. I cannot let the pic of Turdeau, Phillpot and yes our esteemed GG go without a comment. Yes, our GG who found the job stressful/boring ??? and yet still expects her expense account and salary….

If the resignations continue one can speculate about what other skeletons will emerge. Especially the issue over the naval procurement contract. What politics were involved there and who got paid off? Mr. Brison? We are now finding out how much SNC money was flowing into Liebel campaign funds. SNC is a global multi national company who has been paying off the Libel Party elite for decades. All Canadians should realize that this is the Party who were laundering payoffs using paper bags full of money. Yet they were re-elected to a majority government.

The geopolitical reality that Canada lives in has changed drastically. We have lived off the Americans for decades and Trump has made it clear that come down to a choice he is taking care of his own people first. He should do no less. Canada on the otherhand has evolved into a country where ‘who you know’ is more important than ‘what you know’. There is a whole class of people in Canada who are willing to sacrifice the country for their own vested interest. The economic independence of Canada is a national security issue and is not recognized as such. I think Harper realized it but never articulated it to the people.

  19. FCKIN EH!!!!!

The wheels are officially OFF the bus!

Scott Reid is a Fiberal FOOL!

  20. I wonder if she will make herself available to the Justice Committee for interrogation?

  21. You know I just gots ta asks.

What’s SNC got on the Sockmonkey that they would go this far to try to get them that DPA.
It defies logic why anyone let alone even someone with the intellect of the Sockmonkey, would do this. The only reasonable explanation I have is that there is some kind of leverage being applied to the PMO that should that DPA not materialize as requested some tidbit of information will surface that could be very damaging.

    1. The LPC is owned by the laurentian elites/Quebec Inc. Trudeau is just an employee.

    2. SNC-Lavalin are a pillar of the Laurentian elite and thus the liberal party. They are merely expecting good behavior.

    3. SNC has donated to Trudeau Foundation and has also donated to the Lie-bral party millions so wouldn’t you want a favour back….PLEASE!!

  22. Is she resigning because she fears as a member of cabinet she is vulnerable to prosecution if Decisions re: SNC Lavalin and the naval issues take a turn for the worse?

Or is she trying to save her political a$$?

    1. Poliyical arse saving AND also perhaps sympahty for her friend. Nothing morally superior about this, she remained quiet for so long. Mostly her arse though.

  23. With the SNC-Lavalin scandal and the Norman scandal both coming under suspicion I can only hope that part of these investigations unearth the suspicion of the Chretien Sub purchase. Also in that vein there could be a story in the used airplane contract.

  24. I just sent an email to Minister Philpott, commending her for making a principled decision. I am not especially hopeful that the Prime Minister will read her letter, or understand what she is really saying, however.

  25. Assassins are running rampant in Trudeau’s cabinet. Someone is going to get shot! -updated message from the Clerk Of The Privy Council.

  26. Don’t get ahead of yourselves. A month is a lifetime in politics, and there are 7 of them between now and the election. Well before then, the CBC and their private-sector presstitute compadres will have put it all behind them, labeled it “old news” and be all but openly campaigning for him. With Max splitting the center right vote, my guess at this time is Justin will be re-elected.

  27. So while Canadians are being held on trumped up charges in China, the economy is grinding to a halt, and Liberal cabinet ministers are jumping ship, Groper is busy lecturing on global warming scams tonight in frigid Toronto. And of course explaining how evil Doug Ford is. Then tomorrow he burns jet fuel to frigid Regina Sask, to lecture on global warming and explain that Scott Moe is evil. Of course he can always blame it all on Harper. Sunny Ways!

    1. He is running a different campaign – one of positivity and kindness … except to Jody, or Trump, or Harper, or Alberta and Saskatchewan or Doug Ford or …

  28. Tonight, I am having friends over and we will feast on Schadenfreude. Roasted slowly on a spit.
Part of the conversation will be discussing the wee little tears on Justin’s pillow tonight.

    1. After the crap they put the CPC and Harper through last election, I am enjoying every rotation of the spit, as long as it lasts.

  29. Philpott’s resignation is a million times worse for Jussie than Raybould’s. Besides being an anti-white fanatic and militant Injun supremacist, Raybould is unethical and unprincipled. If she really had principles she would have resigned last fall, or at the very least gone to the ethics commissioner. But she only spilled the beans AFTER she was demoted. Just another Liberal snake.

Philpott on the other hand *is* principled, and has a very good reputation among the Lib rank and file. Her resignation not only mortally wounds Jussie but makes all the other skanks still in cabinet (Freeland, #ClimateBarbie, etc) look like the unprincipled, power hungry scumbags they are.

Also Raybould’s good friend Cesar-Chavez or whatever (black woman from Whitby) just announced she’s not running again. Rats, sinking ship.

This might be the start of a slow motion coup d’etat, with Jussie forced out and replaced with…definitely not Raybould, but Philpott, who parlays the francais. A move which, I hate to say, would probably save the Libs’ bacon.

Anyway, bring it on. Whatever brings us closer to Alberta independence is good by me.

    #Fildebrandt2019
    #Bernier2019

    1. Principled, my @$$.

This grotesque creature was on the same page as Jody Hyphenated-Name with the legalisation of drugs, injection sites, catering to Big Aboriginal and old people killing (also known as euthanasia).

She is out to save herself.

      1. Yes she’s evil. I should have said her resignation makes her *look* principled.

  30. A lot of women find bongo’s fake charm phony. I know a few who would like to throat punch him.

As to his intellect he loses to everyone in the HoC – no contest.

You have to think the librano caucus is toxic. They have dropped back to punt and are split into camps – neither side trusting the other, all waiting for another shoe to drop. They will savage each other before this is over.

      1. Ya, me too. Especially if he did the elbow grab and the “don’t you want me?” gaze that every woman ever photographed with him is subjected to.
I’m glad I’m not the only woman to have the throat punch urge.

  31. My bro “turned” when he married so in my family I have the Dad, Mom, their 6 kids and mates, plus grch. who will still vote for the Libs. And, be sure, nothing will change in Kingston. There are groups that will vote LIberal regardless of what they do.

    1. “There are groups that will vote LIberal regardless of what they do.”

Aye. And the other parties have them too. They’ll all vote for their favourite liars.

  32. I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about.

I mean – people resign after earth-shaking testimony of governmental interference and criminality all the time.

    This could be anything.

Now, let’s have no more talk about this bizarre cover-up.

  33. PM Jussie is arranging the chairs on the deck of the Titanic while some of the women get into the lifeboats.
I’m hoping the rats keep clinging to the queer and they all go down to the bottom of the cold dark ocean never to be seen again.

  34. The AG in Israel has announced he will be laying corruption charges against Bibi. An election is imminent.

Think our new AG would do the same?……..only if it meant they could save bongo and then it might happen. So butts, telford, brison…..could all take a bullet.

  35. I know many people who I don’t agree with politically, but who are still honest and principled. Leaving the cabinet is not something done lightly and also comes with an $80,000 pay cut. Theories abound, but isn’t the most logical explanation for these folks leaving that they are regular Canadians like us, who ran for public office to serve their country, found themselves surrounded by this garbage, and just couldn’t hold their nose any longer?

    1. “…but isn’t the most logical explanation for these folks leaving that they are regular Canadians like us, who ran for public office to serve their country, found themselves surrounded by this garbage, and just couldn’t hold their nose any longer?”

Maybe, turtle. But what keeps us cynical is the 99 percent that doesn’t pack up.

    2. Indeed, turtle. And I appreciate the fact that you haven’t done any name-calling which, in my opinion, would have taken away from the point you have made.

    3. Taking an $80,000 pay cut is peanuts compared to the golden pension that awaits MPs after the completion of the second term. Leaving the party might have assured re-election, but typical Liberal trying to cover all the bases they don’t want to go independent because they wont get the campaign financing for the next election, and the Liberal party will be hard pressed to induce new recruits to run under the Red Banner if this scandal goes nuclear, so the best bet is to stay with the party but appear to have principles. I mean it worked for Trudeau last election, didn’t it, appearance is everything.

    4. No regular Canadian gets into the federal cabinet. There’s more going on here.

Isn’t Dancing Socks giving a speech in Toronto tonight about global; warming?
trudeau’s speech: “And don’t tell me it isn’t getting warmer; you should be in cabinet”

  36. “but there is a bigger cost to abandoning them”

Only if your base actually cares about principles. Scheer will pay no price for having no principles, because 1/3 of the Canadian electorate (the CPoC base), only cares that their team wins.

Pretty sure the Liberal base and the NDP base fall into the same category.

    1. “…because 1/3 of the Canadian electorate (the CPoC base), only cares that their team wins. Pretty sure the Liberal base and the NDP base fall into the same category.”

It’s easy to figure out the percentage that doesn’t care about ethics. Just look at the percentage of the popular vote that went to the Liberals after adscam. Probably about the same in the other parties.

  37. I wonder if the MP’s are sick of being bossed and bullied by Justin and Gerry and a few with some personal integrity are balking at being treated like minions. Both B&T are arrogant to a fault, with their my way or the highway mentality, and just maybe LPC MP’s have had enough of The Amateur Hour.

Philpott’s resignation is great news, no matter what caused it. Let us hope there area few more who have the balls to do the same.
The core of sycophants who rode in on Trueau’s coattails will of course remain intact. I cannot imagine anyone else who’d want Climate Barbie or the Ukrainian Purple Sausage.

  38. I cant help but remember John Nunziata.
He crossed Chretien. He ran as an independent in the next election and was re elected.
In the next election he was defeated.

The party leader MUST sign your nomination papers. Without that signature you are not allowed to run as a Liberal candidate

Surely all MPS think of that when they decide to leave the caucus or criticize the leader.

    1. “The party leader MUST sign your nomination papers.”

Which means she believes, or is betting, that Trudeau will be gone soon.

      1. Yes forced out by the real liberal party backers, that the liberla party represents. maybe Potato Socks (BHCS) was too stupid even for a puppet.

    2. Independents should be the only people allowed to run. Political parties shit on democracy.

      1. What Buddy said…

Also, whuzzat BHCS? I must check in more often, starting to lose track of the lingo ;o)

          1. OK, I got the order of the letters wrong.

It’s at a point in which I need to frequently consult:

            http://urbandictionary.com

every time I encounter a phrase, expression, abbreviation, or acronym I don’t recognize.

        1. Bless His Cotton Socks in mimicry of the islamic Peace Be Upon Him PBUH

      1. Likening Prinz Dummkopf to Nixon is an insult to Nixon. RMN at least had the decency to resign, partly for the good of his country.

        1. He should never have resigned: his was a scalp the communist left wanted since he put Alger Hiss in prison.

  39. Meanwhile this afternoon:

    Regina, Saskatchewan
2:45 p.m. The Prime Minister will visit a Canadian Tire store to highlight how Saskatchewan residents can choose to use their Climate Action Incentive payments to save money at home.

You couldn’t make this stuff up if you tried.

    1. He keeps saying he’s all about protecting jobs, while at the same time bloviating how wonderful a tax is that kills jobs.

  40. Remember folks, none of them had any idea that they were hanging out with scumbags before this.
    Shocker!

Philpott resigning is a major elbow in the tits to his government.
