We critically need better energy dialogue, but that doesn’t mean we need to talk to degenerates

We’ve all met earthy types that care about the land, the air, and the soil, and have for their whole lives. They are true environmentalists. In the news, you’ll read about “environmentalists”, but they are something else entirely. As in, Something Wicked This Way Comes. In this crazed world we live in, it is imperative that we learn to know the difference, to show deference to one and seek jail time for the others. Read on…

  1. No we don’t need better energy dialogue. We need a lot of things like for example property rights but we do not need dialogue with the left. Green or red makes no difference. The lovable mother gaia types would not bat an eye if were loaded on cattle cars off to the gulag if such was the climate necessity. They would just prefer not to directly participate, and let Gretas do the heavy lifting, while they hug a tree. Left is like mooselimbs, the radical ones want to kill you, the non radical ones want the radical ones to kill you.

    1. While I was at UBC, just about every Lotuslander had similar attitudes, except instead of hugging trees, they were more concerned about how much snow there was at Whistler–so that they could go skiing there, of course.

According to them, only they were allowed to derive any comfort and benefit from electricity and hydrocarbons. Anyone involved with the production of either form of energy and, worse yet, unrepentant for having done so, was to be despised and ridiculed, consigned to a life of toil, poverty, and misery, out of sight of those Lotuslanders. (“You worked in the oil industry? How dare you!”)

  2. The only critical energy dialogue we need is how to reduce the price of oil to its proper level, a fraction of what it is today. It is criminal with the abundance of oil and the technology in the West, that people did of energy poverty.

  3. Yes there is no negotiating with this enemy. I learned in negotiating school that (a) some parties aren’t fit to sit at the table and (b) sometimes you have to just get up and walk away from the table. “Hit the enemy as hard as you can, as fast as you can, where it hurts him the most, when he isn’t looking.”

  4. ” They are true environmentalists.”

No. People who have cared about the land, the air, and the soil, and for their whole lives are Conservationists.

Environmentalists are that political cockroach known as Communists. They only have a political agenda.
Animals, water, air, and soil is just the FRONT these particular communists use to advance their political agenda.

  5. Honest Negotiation is only possible between equals.
Otherwise one party has an “Unfair” advantage over the other.
How do you negotiate, when a common language has no shared definitions?
Our progressive comrades cling to power mostly by redefining common words to mean anything but their historic/common meaning.
    Hence lying is now spin.
Negotiation means conservatives surrender all principle and reason.
As they have zero integrity any “agreement” with the enemy is subject to how they feel about it,whenever they gain power.
Hence the court ruling that contracts with government are meaningless.
Just as “The Canadian Charter of Rights” is total farce, unfit even as toilet paper.
When these parasites insist on getting what they have coming..I fully agree.
Banishment to a utopian society of their choosing works for me. One free of all the “evil technology” they decry.
Plenty of room in the High Arctic.
    Hey…maybe Jonestown is for rent??
