  1. Don’t jump mr poley bear! And stay AT LEAST 6 feet away from the humans. If you eat one you might get the chireese lung rot!

    1. But the “average Arctic sea ice extent” has been PLUMMETING since 1980 … when we first launched satellites to measure sea ice. PLUMMETING, I tell YOU! since 1980!! … surely this plummet has NEVER happened EVER before in Polar Bear history. Aiiieeeeeeeee!!!! The polar bears are all as good as dead!! They just don’t know it yet. They’ll NEVER adapt. Animals can’t adapt. Ohhhhhh mammmaaaaa. /s.

      1. The polar bear became the number one land predator in N. America in one of the most unforgiving parts of the planet…because it couldn’t adapt….LOL. Even the Inuit who have thrived in that part of the planet copy the polar bear not the other way around.

  2. Anyone find that the tiger story is odd. Who doesn’t self distant themselves even more that 2 meters from a tiger?

    1. Maureen, their keeper gets a lot closer than 2 meters and that is from who they contracted it, and if COVID-19 can be spread by aerosol than 2 meters may not be enough.

  3. Shrug. No big deal. They’ll just change the words the climate change song.

Now the ice is too high!
    They’re all gonna to die!

  4. “Where’s that Al Gore character? I have something to show him.”

  5. Polar bear population circa 1950: 5000

Polar bear population now: 22,000- to 31,000 according to the WWF. What a bunch of wrestlers know about polar bears is confounding to me, but whenever the media wants a story on disappearing bears or any other creature, they always quote the WWF. I’m not going to question the veracity of Bruno Sammartino or Dr.Jerry Graham.

Number of Eskimos eaten by polar bears in 1950: 7. Number of Eskimos eaten by polar bears in 2018: none,as they changed their monicker to “Inuit”. Most dangerous place in Canada for risk of a polar bear attack: Churchill,Manitoba town dump. (Okay,I made that last paragraph up, which is acceptable now as the msm has lead the way on false news)

  6. Friends (who generally hover on the left-ish of the political spectrum) in the Canadian north report lots of polar bears.

  7. The best comment on the “polar Bear extinction” I have seen to date, was Bob Carter ,Australian now deceased, where he points at the graphic of past time periods of warmer than todays world and states,”There are no Polar bears, they died out here, here and here..”
However the bear population may be coming up on the limits of the food supply, perhaps we need to plan supplementary food..we have a whole bunch of treacherous, useless vandals and parasites, who have demonstrated both their malevolence and incompetence…Perhaps “Walking with the Bears” or as I call it “Hug a Polar Bear TV” is a fitting retribution?
A perfect fate for those thrusting a “Carbon Free” fantasy upon us and those who imposed a “Carbon Tax” as well.
    They loath technology?
Let them become one with nature..
Now these “Concerned Ones” seem so gullible I suspect they would pay for the “privilege” of Hugging a wild Polar Bear.
