    1. I can’t believe that Bullwinkle and Rocky cartoons are STILL being aired !! What with the Russian … Russian … Russian characters Boris and Natasha. And making a mockery of the Mounties with that square-jawed character Dudley DoRight.

Although the ‘Fractured Fairytales’ … were rather prescient, in as much as ALL our cultural traditions and “fairytales” are being rewritten in fractured form … if not outright cancelled.

  1. Good. I always hated the brown-faced pirates in Swiss family Robinson. They looked like white guys in brown face, but at least they got crushed by well placed logs. Clever white Swiss kids.
Oh, and can we please cancel a Foghorn Leghorn while we are at all this? That fucking rooster bullied the kid and harassed the chick.
And don’t get me going on that thief, Yogi Bear, or that redneck, Huckleberry Hound.
Hey, just getting Hanna Barberra into this mix.

    1. I’ve been amused by this… Well, if stereotyped pirates are a problem, do I get kudos for suggesting they diversely and inclusively replace them with Somalis, who are real and current pirates?! No need to rush and thank me…! I like to be modest…

Never liked that big rooster or the skunk. Or that coyotephobe roadrunner, or that stupid speedy mouse.

    2. Because of Walt Disney, anthropomorphized animals and thus I could never bring myself to go hunting. Maybe that’s good … However, I hate ‘Disney’ for their insane stupid new woke view of the world. Let the kids watch those classic movies, they are good clean entertainment.

  2. Wait. That ultra filthy “Aristocrats” was a Disney movie? For kids??
Darn right that filth should be pulled, if only for the inclusion of that ‘joke’ by the Dad from “Full House”!
Excuse me…what? “The AristoCATS”? Not “The Aristocrats”?
    Never mind.

    1. “The Aristocrats” would be a perfect working title for a future William Shire -esque epic writeup,”The Rise and Fall of the Turd Reich”, given the astounding similarity of Canada’s current regime to that other joke…

  3. Not that I expect to see it released again in my lifetime, but what will Disney do to Song of the South?

    1. I remember watching it in Grade 3….. For some reason, I didn’t go out and join the KKK right afterward.

        1. I can hardly attribute my having seen that movie as a young boy as the reason I’m on SDA.

    2. It’s been absolutely memory-holed since the 1980s. VHS copies are collector’s items worth hundreds of dollars.

However, in a marvelous example of how futile censorship is in the Internet Age, someone has used generative adversarial network AI to sharpen up and create a 4:3 1080p HD version and is distributing it via archive.org.

    3. Zip e dee doo dah !? OMG! Cultural appropriation! Almost as bad as The Rolling Stones STEALING all ‘the black man’s music’ … and making $M’s. Nevermind that the Stones version was reinterpreted into a contemporary ‘listenable’ form … nahhhhh … ‘they didn’t build that’. And neither did Disney! Right?

  4. For several years, Turner Classic Movies showed some vintage Disney films. I don’t think most of them aged very well.

  5. Hollywood, doing what it can to prepare future generations for the challenges that lie ahead by sheltering the sensitive little snowflakes from the horrors of Disney films. Yah, that’ll make them ready to take on the ChiComs and the bankrupt leviathan state alright.

  6. 20000 Leagues Under the Sea will be next.
Can’t have the evil White Captain Nemo and associates one upping the Brown Tribes in inventions.

  7. This only applies to kids under 7 who have their own Disney+ account profiles. Parents, or really anyone with an “grown-up” account profile setup, can still access those movies, unedited, for their kids to watch.

Nobody’s banning anything, this isn’t a free speech thing. It’s basically Disney’s way of assigning a PG movie rating. Parents deciding what their under-7s can watch — you should be applauding this.

    1. you should be applauding this

There’s a (Disney)world of difference between depictions of sex, violence and profanity and the stereotypes that are getting these movies memory-holed. It’s naked, pointless virtue- signaling; the “offensive” characters are animals, and the stereotypes depicted are so antiquated that no child is going to even realize they’re supposed to be black. Unless you figure the average eight-year-old has more than a passing familiarity with famous jazz singers from the 1960s or 1930s Harlem street hustlers.

      Also, shut up UnMe.

  8. I can see “Predator” and “Aliens” being axed as well depicting foreigners as murderous savages.

  9. What will the under 7’s be force-fed? How to become transgender by the age of 5?.

  10. Disney knew this was damaging for kids years ago. Since they did not fix this over the last 40 years it is obviously a coordinated plot between the studio and all of the Television and movie theaters.

I was irreparably harmed and unable to be successful in my life. Thus I will be suing all parties for $Billions.
