1. Good god, my IQ dropped 50 points reading that link. I hope it comes back. Seriously, he was sitting in a chair made of wood that may have come from the colonies therefore it’s racist pro slavery????

2. Really, why bother curating the show at all? Just pile up every artwork that doesn’t directly address “oppression” of some sort and burn it.

3. Thankfully, my Native Canadian Métis son in law is raising my adorable grandson to be 100% boy. Yes … he plays with trucks. Lots of trucks.

   And not once has his dad warned him that construction equipment operators are typically illegal Central Americans working for sub-blue collar wages, and not paying taxes on their under-the-table cash work. At 22 mos. old … daddy hasn’t warned my grandson that he needs to “go to college” and get a degree in “Indigenous Studies”.

   Which is why my grandson is such a healthy, happy, and FUN little guy!

7. Perhaps not all is lost. When camping in San Diego five years ago, it was spring break and so lots of children riding around on scooters. I heard a young girl behind us call on a walkie-talkie “come in Maverick – this is princess calling”. My wife and I still get a chuckle over that.
