      1. Just to be clear, GoFund Me isn’t doing anything that a responsible Financial institution shouldn’t be doing. They’re just protecting the assets from fraud. Pretty sure that page is still accepting donations . It’s just the disbursals that are being held back until the organizers complete their asset protection obligations, which they knew going in. The founder was discussing it yesterday in an interview.
         Please don’t give credence to the rumours being circulated by the people who want this to fail!

         Its being reported as frozen to stop people from donating.
         The convoy has lawyers and a board to manage the funds.
         Truckers have to register and submit original receipts.

   3. It is smarter to use GiveSendGo.com. That seems to be the preferred donation site as they do not freeze accounts. Many times in the past, GoFundMe has frozen accounts.

      There is no reason for an administrative action to result in the freezing of an account. GoFundMe is not being “honest”.
