    In an threatening situation, people default to their training. Trudeau, what little training he got, was in the theater. So he defaults to acting like this is some kind of violent insurrection when we can all see the bouncy castle with the kids playing in it.

      It’s worth noting that the political figures caught up in this mess are the ones suffering from his bad judgment. Ottawa has lost its police chief and the replacement. Diane Deans is gone from Ottawa Police Services board, Chrystia Freeland looked like death warmed over during the Valentines Day massacre (announcement), all the provincial premiers are removing their mandates.

        As a child, he might have believed that since his mother was married to the prime minister, he could have anything he wanted and do anything he liked. If he wanted to run the sandbox or, later, the playground and do it his way, he was allowed to. After all, he grew up on a “broken home”, didn’t he?

        Now that he’s biologically and legally an adult, though not emotionally, he’s carrying on like before. Canada is his plaything, his piggy bank, his whorehouse. How dare anybody stand up to him?

        Sorry, Prinz Dummkopf, it’s time to grow up and behave like a mature 50-year-old man. Grow a pair, grow a brain, grow a spine and accept responsibility for your actions.   4. Just so you know what is happening,….From the Emergencies Act

    12 (1) At any time before a declaration of a public welfare emergency would otherwise expire, the Governor in Council, after such consultation as is required by section 14, may, by proclamation, continue the declaration either generally or with respect to any area of Canada for such period,
    (3) A declaration of a public welfare emergency may be continued more than once pursuant to subsection 1

    There is no reason for the Government to ever surrender their power after this. They can keep it indefinitely, and parliament can not rescind after it’s began. If this passes the house, Canada is done.

    1. That isn’t correct. Any 20 MPs or 10 Senators can, at any time, request the placing of a motion for the revocation of the declaration. Such motion must be debated within 3 days. Such a motion passing in either house ends it. (Section 59). Also, every continuation also needs to be passed by both houses (Section 60)

      1. The Emergencies Act invocation only lasts for thirty (30) days and must be renewed in Parliament (H of C and Senate) and the renewal itself only lasts for another thirty (30) days, etc, etc.

    2. In order for this to have any power, the police and/or army must participate…so far, with yet another resignation, me thinks the top brass are being threatened with mutiny…if this goes on until tomorrow, crowds are going to flood the area until Monday night.

  14. I have the utmost respect for Viva Frei, but I think what is being done is more sinister and is not for “media optics”. The police and other government employees are putting up more barricades to hem in the protestors and keep supporters out. The police do not want a show of support this Saturday from thousands of Canadians. Once the surrounding barricades are complete, the police will prevent food and fuel from getting in to the protestors. Then, they will send in heavily-armed extraction teams to arrest protestors individually or in small groups and whisk them out of the barricaded enclosure. It won’t take long before all of the protestors are arrested in this manner, or the remaining protestors decide they are doomed and surrender. If violence breaks out, even if clearly precipitated by the police, Trudeau and his lackeys will point to the violence as to why the Emergencies Act was required and they will claim victory.

        1. General Strike then.
          Shut off food and fuel.
          No deliveries.
          Surround the city and lay seige to it with rolling convoys.
          Many tactics can be used.

    2. Of course you are probably correct. And all live transmissions from the newly created WAR ZONE will be jammed and there will be a BLACKOUT of all Trudeau’s Gestapo jackbooted tactics. BLM and ANTIFA demanded and got body cams to document police brutality … your PM will cancel the cams, cut the feed, and deny the posting of ANY images or video of his Troops brutalizing peaceful protestors. The removal of Truckers will be done in the DARK. And their mass grave will be unmarked. Because … equity or something. It will take Internet penetrating radar to find any evidence of the State’s brutality.

      For THAT reason, Viva Frei is ESSENTIAL. Viva Frei has broadcast the TRUTH of who these people are, and what their LEGITIMATE grievances are. Man after man, woman after woman … even child after child have expressed their grievances before your Nation. For ALL to see. Meanwhile … your Fascist State media have LIED. Night after night, day after day … your State media have LIED. They have said what Trudeau’s cabal have TOLD them to say. They have slandered the Truckers with malice aforethought. And now they will cheer the NUCLEAR slaughter of their fellow citizens. These leftists are maniacal. They are all seriously, mentally ill. Up is down, Red is Blue, Right is Wrong.       1. Kenji: second your comments on Freiheit. He has outshone all of the other “citizen reporters” in his coverage and live streaming of the Ottawa protests.
        On a side note, look at his YouTube channel and watch some of his earliest videos. Example: drone fishing for bass. Somewhere along the line, two to three years ago, he switched to political and legal commentary. Thank God he did.

    3. I try to read other people’s comments before posting so that I don’t become redundant. I was going to post exactly the same thing. I will add to your comment that the reason for the fencing is to cut off any “escape” once the police begin their operations. A few have bandied about the term “kettling.” I believe that’s exactly what the fencing is for. I just heard Interim Chief Bell mention the fencing in the first meeting of the new OPSB, and he has confirmed that the fencing and barricades are part of the upcoming planned police operation to remove and arrest the protesters.
      Part of the plan is to deny access to anyone who does not have legitimate business in the red zone so that there are no increases in crowding, hence the barricades.
      I was afraid this would happen. It is going down, folks.

      1. No disrespect gentleman but if you’ve ever been involved in trying to quell a determined mob, those fences will last about 30 sec. They aren’t anchored permanently, they’ll topple in no time.
        They are a prop.

I am being facetious but if anything it has looked as if the vigilantes were getting blood thirsty. And no I don’t consider CBC, paid trolls, etc. just generally across the country. And did he mean to say Ottawa Citizens or did he really mean Canadian Citizens and what is going on with this emergency act?
