5. Here’s an idea. Combine the budget for the Ministry of Indian Affairs with all the other grants, payoffs, etc. then divide this amount by the total number of Indigenous individuals. Send each one a cheque with a covering letter saying the jig is up and expect no more, you’re on your own. Like the rest of us. Too harsh?
