This conversation is intended to open peoples’ eyes to the operational tactics of the political left. If you ignore it you do so at your own risk.
The essay is so accurate and informative that it should be taught to every high school class from 9 to 12 and first year of university.
Comment on two points, since there is a lot to chew on.
The two definitions of socialism are of course written by ideologues, both are for public consumption to sound good to the converted.
The actual truth is that there is nothing egalitarian about socialism, no way, no how.
The …..“the set of beliefs that states that all people are equal and should share equally in a country’s money” …. Is of course all pretend, there is no such state of affairs, the rulers, as rulers everywhere rule, are class set apart, well off totalitarian, dicktatorial (sic) scum.
The plebeians have no idea how well the socialistas live.
Growing up and living in socialism for some 23 years, have acquired some experience in the egaliatianizm. The socialist dicktatorial (sic) class lived apart, never mingled with the low life plebeians, only when they had communist festivals to show largesse to the masses.
Working as a telephone repair guy, got to visit some of the places where the ruling class of communists spent their times, free or business, no difference.
The places were well stocked with booze that no plebeian even seen and any bar in North America would love to have.
Have gone to the free movies, some of them not seen in public, the place was usually empty.
And a lot more, could write a book.
The other point “….enforced ‘equity’ by government redistribution of money and power from one ‘oppressive’ group to another ‘oppressed,’ with the caveat that the elite redistributors have the right to supersede the law….”
As you can note, there is certain difficulty of the rulers to grade the victimhood of a particular victim diversified group.
The rulers of course get the biggest cut of the wealth, hidden from the plebeians.
Socialism, a system that destroys freedom of the individual and the economic activity of that individual.

Better stop now before one gets too bloody angry.
