  1. People need to open their window and shout: “I’m mad as hell, and I’m not going to take it anymore.”

    And quit voting Democrat.

      1. In Canada?

        You’ll have to settle for a whisper… hissed into a strong wind…at midnight…from behind a mask.

    1. Yeah, really. I don’t mind folks taking about low IQ so long as they are including themselves, otherwise it’s just pretentious and non productive.

  2. Different times, different circumstances. The people need to be ready for a change. Right now they are mostly playing musical chairs on rhe RMS Titanic.

  3. I would venture to suggest that the current US Leo Amery, is Tucker Carlson.

Whether the US will listen is another matter.

    As for Canada, we’re SOL!

    1. Amery had Churchill and Lord Beaverbrook, among others, waiting in the wings beside him to take over from Chamberlain.

This generation’s Amery, should we ever find him, does not.

  4. Who Will Say No More to the Current Madness?
    Trump did.
But then they managed to depose him.
And doubled down on the madness.

I have to wonder, if they can do that to Trump, how could anyone else stand up to them?

  5. Rand Paul is the man but he is now just a political outlier. Trump might score a 30% on the what needs to happen list.

  6. I say NO to all this nonsense every day to everyone I talk to everywhere, and most people fully agree. But we’re just regular people. Letters and emails and phone calls to your representatives only generate another tick in the “issue counter” column. I’ve run a blog for 2 decades now, and comment regularly on a fair number of other ones. I used to spend hours a day digging into issues and developing my opinion and then writing about it. Nobody reads. FB etc: I learned real quick just what a cesspit of hypersensitive scolds social media is, so my pages there are “oh look what I baked today” and “here’s a cute doggy video”. I might like or dislike some post. Maybe. It isn’t worth it. Nobody with any kind of power is ever going to listen to me or you, and then ACT. They just go through the motions, the first of which is always to request a donation.

Meanwhile, all the media talking heads, the “voices of the people” quickly become fabulously wealthy. Some of them nudging the billionaire bracket. Do you really think they’re still connected to your world? “minor media players” like Steve Crowder turn down multi-million $ contracts because he wants even more; little guys like Jesse Waters sells his NJ beach house for 1.6M. Nobody who understands your world, who actually lives in your world, is out there to speak for you. Nobody. And nobody who is above your world is going to listen.
