  1. This type of behavior is almost end of days crap. I hope everybody realizes that it is no longer just democrat versus republican like in the old days. Democrats mean business and they want to tear the country down by any means necessary. We are now in a battle between good and evil. And if you don’t see it you are either blind to reality or hopelessly ignorant.

  2. I have no doubt that the FBI are currently devising the spark that sets off another nationwide riot fest. They are currently grooming multiple black criminals to violently resist arrest and get beat down and/or killed.

Yeah … that’s what I think of our American Justice and Law Enforcement … *ahem* … institutions.

  3. Nordstrom’s in California should just start stocking the shelves with counterfeit merchandise and save themselves some money…

(or close, which would be a better option for them)

      1. They’ll steal all the fake stuff as well.

I lost count of how many times the empty display bottles of Dom and Crystal have been stolen from the liquor store I work at.
…enough that the vendor refused provide any more and we replaced them with paper cutouts.

  4. Ann Althouse, classical Brain Dead Credentialed Liberal:

“It’s amazing that stores — the kind you can physically enter and shop in — still exist.”

Not everyone wants to or can use Amazon and Whole Foods Delivery. If they use Amazon, the scene of the crime will not be the corporate or small business store, it will be their own front porch, and even inside their own home or apartment. And the merchandise will be their purchased merchandise and the money to replace it will be coming directly from their own pockets, not once removed like store owned merchandise.

These same gangs will just start jacking the Amazon or FedEx delivery van instead. The porch pirates will proliferate, and will likely know the delivery schedule for your neighborhood better than you.

    – – On the toilet when your packages arrive? Too bad, They are going to be “Gone in 60 Seconds.” The delivery driver may see it happen, but he won’t see nuthin if his disarmed by corporate backside knows what’s good for him.

Sadly, Althouse is not the only one. I have similar idiots in my own family. The Easter post dinner discussion was why bail reform is needed and we must let all the criminals out on bail, even if they commit more crimes on bail. To lock up re-arrested, but unconvicted offenders is wrong. So is sending them back to jail if they violate their parole or probation.

Mad Max was supposed to be a movie, not a tutorial.

    1. Bail reform allows chronic criminals the ability to commit crimes, and then commit crimes some more when they are released…

  5. Coming Soon to a fine boutique near you,

    Shopping by Appointment Only

Want to enter a Coach or Nike store? Make an appointment. Slide your ID and your Credit Card into the slot. The clerk lets you into the vestibule, photographs you, checks your ID, and if it all checks, lets you into the securely locked store proper.

Big box stores? Just like the old general store for 90% of their merchandise. You tell the clerk what you want, she/he pulls it off the shelf. I think that’s called “In Store Delivery.”

Maybe stuff like produce and frozen food will still be customer accessible?

And prices will go up to pay for it all. Either by a set delivery fee, or a percentage on all products.

    1. Or how bout just the mark of the beast. Can’t buy or sell without it. If anyone thinks they can just steal their way through, well, Revelation 13:15 clarifies that. But Revelation 14:9-10 also has some information. Luke 9:10 has some hope.

    2. the return of “Consumers Distributing”

Fill out your catalog selection, and hope that the warehouse has it

      1. I’m old enough to remember when that was the system at the LCBO.
(Liquor Control Board of Ontario for those from out of province)

        1. Are Ontario beer stores still the same as I remember, you paid upfront, the cashier called the back, and your selection came from the back on a roller belt?
I remember Consumers Distributing, they could never get my name right when they announced that my order was ready at the front.

  6. Of course the FBI could shut them down…the bigger story is how local cops are told to stand down.

  7. Corporate America totally supports the political establishment, as do the Democrats. They’re simply getting what they paid for.
