  1. Our environment minister — agree with him or not — is supposed to operate in the best interest of Canadians.

You’d think so but that isn’t how it works. Leftists, progressives, Liberals call them whatever you want are “citizens of the world” and as such don’t get bent out shape about silly little things like “best national interest”.
For communists like Guilbeault, Canada makes for a nice place to hang their hat and coat while they proceed to wreck shop.
Everything I know about these these treasonous pinheads I learned from another pinhead, Ed Broadbent who once told me it’s the duty of every Canadian to do what’s best for the world…not necessarily the country.
    Oh, well alrighty then.

    1. Our environment monster — agree with him or not — is supposed to operate in the best interest of USA. (-:

  2. Communists only have loyalty to their ideology. They see EVERY person on earth as slaves to their borderless totalitarian dictatorship.

  3. Many Liberals are Maoists…..Maurice Strong, Allan Rock, Chretien, Trudeau, Guilbeault, etc.

And after all, China is the only country in the world that benefits from this fraud. It does nothing, its emissions have exploded and China benefits from other countries falling for the fraud buying useless wind turbines and solar panels from China. China production and manufacturing costs stay low due to their cheap energy (and slave work force) while the production costs in the rest of the world rise due to the expensive and unreliable “green” energy.

It’s the China equivalent of the old Khrushchev communist quip that the east would sell the west the rope with which it would hang itself.

  4. Will he be touring any of the two coal-fired electrical plants that China WEEKLY issues construction permits to?

“Coal power plant permitting, construction starts and new project announcements accelerated dramatically in China in 2022, with new permits reaching the highest level since 2015. The coal power capacity starting construction in China was six times as large as that in all of the rest of the world combined.
50 GW of coal power capacity started construction in China in 2022, a more than 50% increase from 2021.”

  5. Name one incident via liberals putting Canadians first, I’ll wait over there in the corner-never mind they always place foreign interest first. Is it just me via liberals being in bed with Communist China or are they now Chinese assets?

  6. It’s obvious the Trudeau liberal-NDP government doesn’t work for Canada first.

CCP first – police stations, allowing election interference, buying up our strategic assets, our cabinet minister’s deep political and economic alliances etc

WEF second – Klaus bragging about half the Liberal cabinet being WEF assets, our Finance Minister on their executive board.

Their loyalty to Canada and Canadian interests comes in 3rd, at best. More likely Canadian’s come in below lobbyists and corporate interests. Alberta and Saskatchewan seem to be on the Trudeau liberal-NDP government’s enemies list.

    1. He has no standing….he is probably going to China to receive the China Communist Party orders to hand to Trudeau.

  7. “How come Justin Trudeau’s environment minister, Steven Guilbeault, gives China a pass on its emissions but won’t even bother to negotiate new clean electricity regulations or fossil fuel subsidies with his fellow Canadians in Alberta?”

    – For the same reason that Canada’s prime minister (whose name I don’t recall) said that Iranians “are assured that Canada will always support a people’s right to freely protest”, but that Canadians “must understand that if they protest, they are breaking the law.”

Canada – where everything not absolutely compulsory is absolutely forbidden.

    1. Y. Knott, Protests in other countries are legitimate, but protests in Canada are not, because it devalues the glory of Turdopia.

Sunny ways must not be compromised!

  8. Who was that mad adherent to an ideology/religion who advised a weak ruler (whose only qualification was his last name) until the peasants rose up and killed said weak ruler?
    Rasputin? Guilbeault? Guilbutin? Raspubeault?
Ya know, the resemblance may lead me to reconsider my cynicism re. reincarnation.

  9. The former minister of the environment climate barbie would gush on about the chicoms as well. She liked ’em….
