I’m Going To Miss The Arctic Sea Ice

Daily Sceptic- Arctic Sea Ice Soars to Highest Level for 21 Years

The dramatic, if largely unpublicised, recovery in Arctic sea ice is continuing into the New Year. Despite the contestable claims of the ‘hottest year ever’ (and even hotter in 2024), Arctic sea ice on January 8th stood at its highest level in 21 years. Last December, the U.S.-based National Snow and Ice Data Centre (NSIDC) revealed that sea ice recorded its third highest monthly gain in the modern 45-year record.

  1. This just goes to show how retarded everybody is.
The left: The Arctic ice is melting, we’re all gonna die!”
The right: “No it isn’t, everything is fine!”
Same thing happens every year when it melts in the summer and freezes in the winter.
    God help us.

  2. Sea Ice is a near useless metric, at least with melting/freezing on this scale. Freezing to 14-16 million sq km followed by melting to 4-6 million sq km, year after year since satellite records began.

  3. Ohhhhhhhh mommaaaaaa !!! Extreme weather!!! Polar Vortex!!! Your sinful driving and home heating has wrecked the planet. Nothing is perfectly “normal” anymore

  4. Largely unpublicized? Well of course. You expected government, activists and media (but I repeat myself) to broadcast this (what should be to them) welcome news? This isn’t what they want the public to hear, is it? Totally contradicts the narrative.

  5. Why can’t JT & co. just declare that “We Won! We have conquered Global Warming! The biggest existential threat to mankind err…sorry…peoplekind since the fakedemic, and until we invent another one! We Won! All praise to Dear Leader.”
And then just let us get back to our lives? It would be so easy.

  6. Heat causes ice to melt. The ice in Antarctica is increasing. Any questions?

Yes that especially includes the sea ice, you can see it from space.
