  1. “Gender affirmation” = Gender denial.

More leftist twisting the ordinary meaning of words by 180 degrees.

    1. Gender pretending
      Gender make-believe
      Gender cosplay
      Gender dress-up
      Gender Queer
      Gender idiocy

  2. speaking for myself, we went through thousands of dollars seeking some kind of treatment for chronic Lyme disease for our child, with zero tax credit and little help from conventional medical practitioners, but suddenly a “gender-affirming” doctor is considered to be an expert.

  3. Wouldn’t it be cheaper to fire the employee seeking the affirmation for cause (insanity)?

    1. That reminds me,
Does anyone know when the authorities will start killing mentally ill again?
just asking for a friend with a large life insurance .

  4. Here’s what Oxford says about the verb affirm.

    1. “state as a fact; assert strongly and publicly.”

So can I get up to $75,000 for affirming that, yes indeed, I am a man?

    1. Alright! Penile implant here I come! I always wanted to be hung like John Holmes …
But do I have to join the military to receive this kind of “care” in America?

      1. You just have to be a member of Canada’s Public Service Health Care Plan. It even works in the USA if you pay a little extra for out of country coverage. Having worked for Agriculture Canada for 37 years, I am and I do. Ducks and covers! LOL

  5. My gender is now “Millionaire Playboy.”
I have exhausted all provincial avenues with respect to driving around in a nice 1985 Porsche 928 to affirm my gender, so I’ll need that 75 grand.

    1. Hmmmm ? Now you’ve made me think … penile implant … or the vehicular substitute for “size” ?

  6. $75,000 lifetime benefits?

Why do I think the average transgender patient will run through those generous benefits about Year 3 or 4 of continuous hormonal treatments after the completion of transition surgery?

Gender Affirming Care is supposed to be a new medical profit center with regular recurring treatment requirements. No way will hospitals and clinics give those treatments away.

  7. 75K for gender affirmation.
now, not to ‘spoil the mood’ but with those inevitable cases of ‘oopsie pls put it back the way it was’, are those costs part of the 75 or are there new funds going to be available for undoing the hormones/surgery/counselling/etc?

    1. Nah. The government, in a year or two, will issue a new health policy adding tens of thousands of dollars to help these transidiots to “detransition”.

  8. Very confusing: do I have to simply identify as someone with arthritis, or does the fact that my #$%#@ knee doesn’t bend anymore work for them?

  9. “Doc, the pain in my knee is killing me and I need another Cortisone shot. Can you bill it as a peckerectomy consultation so I’ll have coverage?”

  10. Serious question….ok, maybe not so serious:

Gender Affirmation is a $75,000 lifetime coverage. And, yet…a multitude of these nutcases refer to themselves in the plural (they/them)….which begs the question that if they identify as more than a single individual, are they entitled to more than that $75,000? If not, then why not? Because that seems to contradict the official position on gender identity that the government is supporting.

Along the same lines, if you identify as a caterpillar and develop a foot problem requiring orthopedic shoes, will the coverage provide the necessary 100 pairs of shoes?

      1. If they’re going to go Retard….they need to go Full Retard. Or it’s “meaningless.” They have a nice start with tampon machines in the men’s bathrooms. But, I think they’re slacking overall.

I’m not being sarcastic here. They set the precedent. So, either they apply it consistently, or it’s obvious that they don’t believe in it (which is actually the case) and the application is for ulterior motives. By sitting back and eye rolling we are doing the equivalent of condoning the stupidity.

  11. “Have all procedures considered medically necessary by the attending physician/ nurse practitioner”
“medically necessary”…..What does that mean EXACTLY?
And what happens to an attending physician/nurse practitioner that does NOT consider this “medically necessary”?

oh and here’s the link…scroll down a bit

    1. Well, in order to cut off your dick and balls, we need to… cut off your dick and balls. It’s necessary.

    2. Questions SDA readers ask but not bureaucrats, politicians or media. I think that it’s up to 10 years in jail if it’s anything like the MAID law. All these one-way streets will end up in hell.

  12. I’m all for mandatory gender reassignment for these employees. Use it or lose it! Gotta boost those numbers to justify ever more ludicrous concessions to a group of people mainly in need of major mental health counseling.

  13. I hope they make the dick-ectomy mandatory just like the jab. Why not? We want a diverse and mostly feminine public service so it’s a win win. The union won’t even grieve it.

        1. My wife says peckerotomy is used in Quebec instead of peckerectomy because some things are just shorter over there. 🙂

  14. We should all cash in on the LARPing holiday.. From now on I’m Cleopatric, the Queen of DENIAL..

  15. Just geld and neuter all of them as soon as the fckers join.
    We don’t want sub-humans procreating.

  16. Just say “vulva”. They can’t take it or understand it. G’night y’all! Almost 11 and “the sun may rise in the East, at least it settled in a final location It’s understood that Hollywood sells Californication” (r/t Red Hot Chilly Peppers).

    Had enough for today…
