There hasn’t been any proof or evidence released by the crown so everyone is flying blind about what’s happening in the Coutts4 cases. My gut feeling is that the original, serious changes were completely bogus or highly exaggerated. It stinks of political interference from the Trudeau Liberal-NDP government which allowed them the implement the Emergencies Act. Political interference that they are now desperate to hide.

As designed, by the government of Trudeau, section 1 of the charter clearly lays out that you have the rights that the charter says you do, until the government says that you don’t, and if you claim that your rights are being violated, you have to spend a bunch of money in order to prove that your rights are being violated to an employee of the government, who is protected by the same government, and not held to account if they get it wrong.
When I was a kid in Sunday school I couldn’t get my head around this three-in-one Holy Trinity stuff.

Not disagreeing, but good news is a Communist scum named Cameron Ortis has been sentenced to 14 years for spying. Never heard of this guy until he was sentenced. What’s the back story? What’s his story? Who else is involved? Great work crack journalists, maybe you can bully Menzies again to make some news.
