The title of this post is the current tagline of Planet Fitness. Watch this. So, in other words, they refuse to judge [or do anything] if a male pervert is loitering around young girls in a women’s locker room. Great policy, kidz!

In Canada, if you put up cameras around your house and they record children.
You too can be charged with child pornography or even invasion of someone else’s civil rights.
Planet Fitness’s stock it took a hit when this story broke, but it’s since recovered.
Having said that, I can not see why Planet Fitness’s stock is as high as it is. Its annual revenue is 20% of its market cap, its P/E is 36, it doesn’t pay dividends, and its long-term debt is almost two years worth of revenue. None of that is good — in fact, the debt is downright scary.
The only positive note is that its revenue has been soaring over the last few years, but that’s likely a rebound from the pandemic. That growth won’t last.
Not in a million years would I invest in a stock with numbers like that. Planet Fitness is not well positioned to withstand a Bud-Lite-type episode.
Planet Witless
I wish I was still a member so I could dramatically cancel. Alas, I am naturally buff and decided not to waste my money there long ago 🙂
Can’t cure stupid.
The Feelz brigade marches on.
“Discrimination is BAD”,so they shriek.
Except by being unable to discriminate, logic and reason must be abandoned.
A cunning plan?
Defining Compound Stupidity as Evil clears the way to start obeying the 5 laws of Human Stupidity.
You do have and can..defend yourself from the actions of a truly stupid person.
Only if you can identify them.
Banishment via trebuchet works for me,especially if disguised as a “Fun Ride”.
The “Truth Benders” otherwise known as the Parasitic Overload AKA our Government Helpers..cost us far more than any benefit they provide.
Planet Fitness is a perfect example..
Selling a body image.
By rental fee.
I followed a link from here when this was first mentioned a a Reader Tips thread, and began reading reviews of Planet Fitness. Quite the eye-opener….story after story about not just just awful their staff and customer service are, but how they seem to be deliberately misrepresenting their fee structure. People can’t understand why PF demands their banking information (not just a credit card number) to sign up for a membership, but it turns out there is a good reason for it: they not only do a ‘bait and switch’ with their hidden fees and and allowing you to sign up online but insisting on an in-person visit to cancel memberships, but they then continue to bill you *after* you think have cancelled. There’s much more, but what is most disconcerting is the sheer number of people who have experienced this type of fraud from many different locations of Planet Fitness…it seems to be their actual business model.
Real men don’t go there, or very few anyway.
As for women, they’ve chosen inclusion over safety, so they can reap what they’ve down.
