One Flu Out Of The Wuhan Nest

From our old friend, Yuri Deigin: SARS-CoV-2 is precisely the virus WIV was hunting for in 2019

Lab leak critics often say that before the pandemic, the Wuhan Institute of Virology would not have considered a SARS2 progenitor interesting. “WIV was only interested in SARS-like viruses that were very close to SARS1,” they say.

In actuality, the exact opposite is true — in late 2018, EcoHealth and WIV outlined their updated virus hunting criteria for 2019–2023, which show that they were now looking for SARS-like viruses that were 10–25% different from SARS1 in their spike but could still enter human cells. SARS2 fits those criteria like a glove: its spike is 24% different from that of SARS1, and yet it binds to the human ACE2 receptor even better than SARS1.

Moreover, as I will show below, since SARS2 or its BANAL-like progenitor would have been able to evade SARS1-based vaccines and antibodies, such strains would have been prioritized and likely turned into full-genome synthetic backbones.

    1. Baby steps.
At least your not stomping feet
      and towing the company line
That it came from Ozzies wet market.

      1. Stomping my feet? The pattern has been me presenting evidence and others insulting.

          1. Go ahead and read almost any “debate” I’ve particpated in. The insults and foot stomping are all on one side.

    2. I assumed that the “old friend” reference was sarcasm. My personal opinion of Deigin is that he, not only, supports the “vaccine” to this day; he was and is an absolute cheerleader. The last thing I read on him was that he was still insisting that the “vaccine” stopped the transmission of Covid. What really turned me off was his flippant attitude towards confirmed deaths related to acquiring the “vaccine” (which he insists was “only 4,500 in the US”). He refuses to consider that there will be long term health ramifications associated with the “vaccine”.

If Kate was sincerely referring to Deigin as an old friend….I’d, personally, have to disagree. Although, the above is not the focus of his current offering. I find it interesting, however, that these “experts” come out of the woodwork four years after the fact to address source. What were they saying previously? Are they now, trying to retcon their apathy and indifference?

      1. I didn’t pick up any sarcasm, as Deigin is saying something here that Kate seems to be agreeing with.

So far as “long term health ramifications associated with the “vaccine””, there’s little to no sound scientific evidence of that. There’s plenty of speculation, poor evidence, and alarm ringing going on, but I have yet to find anything of substance to support it.

        1. Well, speaking personally, I don’t know anyone who died (or even suffered significantly from Covid…i.e. hospitalization). I do, however, know of six friends and immediate family members who presumably were in perfect health before receiving the “vaccine.” Two died from blood clots. One from a stroke (which could, also, suggest a blood clot); and three died from very aggressive cancer who were all dead withing six months of being diagnosed. I’ve been to way too many funerals this past year, and not one is officially attributed to the “vaccine.” But, it would be derelict not to consider the possibility. The trouble is, those who SHOULD be considering the possibility have way too much to lose personally if the association is made.

So, yeah, speculation. But, here’s the thing..”long term health ramifications” requires the application of “long term.” We aren’t there yet.

          1. There’s a few problems with that. First, it’s impossible to verify your claims. Second, if the vaccine were that deadly, it would show up in a hundred different ways in government statistics and scientific studies. It would be impossible to hide. And it just doesn’t.

          2. Careful, ole varmit only follows lancet.
My wife is finally off the heart meds after being vaxxed.
And NO, none of the doctors wanted to go down the Vaers path.
So I guess it did not happen.

Hey varmint are you up to date on all the boosters.

For those bound and determined to ignore the science, every ailment that arises after the vaccines were first rolled out is blamed on the vaccines. But I must ask. Did your wife get COVID?

  1. I don’t ‘get’ any of this stuff. But I think it boils down to this: more proof that the chicomms (a) cooked up the virus, and (b) Western fartcatchers covered it up.

    1. To me it is plain that whether wet market, lab leak, University N.C. Chapel Hill assist, or what ever, there was no pandemic. Don’t play their game. Vaccines were not needed, nor any of the measures implemented. Fewer people died, per capita than the previous year (StatsCan numbers). More people died, only per bad computer models. Children and society in general were harmed more than can be rectified in a decade. So to repeat, don’t play their game.

Kate should have punted the unDORK right up front on this file, as he has been lying through his teeth about this from day one. He is a fat government employee, that is either being paid to lie, or is trying to impress his “boss”.

        1. I’m self employed, thanks much.

So yes, everything I do is to impress the “boss”.

  2. My wife has had covid twice after the vaxx.
    No covid before the jab.

Yes tell me about the science varmint
Why does a 20yr healthy kid, who already had covid, need to be jabbed for medical school?

    1. If you’re looking for a reason for your wife’s heart ailments, it’s more likely that it was due to COVID itself, not the vaccine. COVID could damage the major organs, including the kidneys, heart, lungs, brain, and skin.

The vaccines occasssionally caused myocarditis, but this tended to be mild (so far as myocarditis goes), and mostly limited to young men. Myocarditis caused by COVID infection was a greater threat, as it tended to be more common and more severe.

Of course, it’s possible your wife’s ailments had nothing to do with the vaccines or the disease.

      1. Good try. Sadly she developed condition after jab….long before she got covid.
Zero issues in family history. But heck, I’m sure it had nothing to do with the vaxx.
In our little test group: vaxxed or heathen….we all got wuhaned. Ranged from 28-87yrs of age.
Guess who got ” long covid” the vaxxed, heathen, or vaxxed & boosted per job requirement?
Did you answer if you have gotten all the boosters?

        1. Sorry, but apart from myocarditis — which is quite rare and mostly concentrated among young men — there is no evidence of the vaccines giving heart problems.

Your doctor was likely correct. It probably had nothing to do with the vaccines. Just because something happened after a certain event doesn’t mean it was caused by it.

          1. Doctor was correct? This doctor offered ZERO thoughts on why.
If she did, she sure as well wasn’t going to say it out loud.

          2. “This doctor offered ZERO thoughts on why.”

Which is the correct answer. She didn’t know, nor likely would any doctor. Quit demanding certainty where it doesn’t exist.
