“We are seeing consistent problems across the federal procurement landscape,” said Jeglic. “People are using the system in ways it shouldn’t be used.”

  4. Those that are abusing the system should be fired, lose their pensions, and pay back all of the benefits the contractor received.

    Instead, nothing will happen.

  6. Just offer 10% of recovered funds to whistleblowers and the system will self purge. The unions will cry when the convicted are fired and lose benefits – bonus points.
    The public sector is corrupt and needs a correction.
