– NO THEY WOULD NOT.
There has been about a 40 fold (4000%) increase of bipolar diagnosis since the widespread use of ADHD drugs and anti-depressants began in children in the 90’s. This is generally attributed to doctors becoming better at diagnosing bipolar instead of an adverse effect of using psychotropic drugs on children with developing brains.
