1. Well, the Toronto (Brown) Star IS a cartoon

2. If this gets rid of 80% of HR dirtbags I’m good. If it gives them more free time to implement DEI crap, I’m not good

3. AI doing the hiring may be a problem,
   but AI doing the firing is what we should fear.

4. Looking at the picture of the little “man”, I would say that AI is looking for a Leftist to hire.

6. I have no problem lying to a cartoon. It will be like search engine optimization. Just need to figure out the keywords. Corner office here I come.

8. Thousands of HR Karen’s are just now thinking how much easier their jobs will be and failing to make the connection how this will impact their employment.

   Thank goodness I can still run a wrench and shovel.

   1. Many large companies in the US are fighting back against the HR takeover of their companies by outsourcing benefits administration to employee self-service platforms and using that as a excuse to fire 90% of their HR staff.

9. Just wait until the job candidates start sending their AI avatars to the AI interviews.

   Oh gosh!. I think I might pay a few bucks just to see that.
