How do you build California (let’s just ignore the bad, and focus on the prosperity) without a tax on the world economy, which is what Google enjoys. Back before I retired, I ran a smallish business, and I had to write a check with a comma in it every month to Google, or my business simply dried up, now extend that out over the whole economy.
Oh yeah, and he needs to make Canada a ground zero for a world changing technology, (even if it was first invented in Texas, it was developed in California ) that is roughly equivalent to the Industrial Revolution, the way computers were.
Sure, copying California will be a piece of cake!
