  1. In Canada alone there are hundreds if not thousands who need to go to jail for what was done over the coof.

    1. It’s too late.
Got vexxed? You will die from it. Most vexxed are dying now while fake news cover that story with a pillow.
The guilty will never go to jail because evil people.
But if you got jabbed you’re dead

      1. You are a special kind of evil little tool, aren’t you?

That is not happening. Some people have a bad reaction to it. Not everyone. Some people died of the flu as well, I’ll take this opportunity to remind you.

        1. I personally know 5 family members/neighbours who died as a result of taking the vax. I don’t know anyone who has taken the vax who has not had some adverse reaction including a much greater susceptibility to COVID and flu.

          1. Against all my advice, my daughter got vaxxed so she could travel to the USA. She has had no negative effects.

I am enraged by the whole thing and 100% against the covid vaccine, but making claims that “everyone is either dead or injured” just isn’t true and doesn’t help convince people that it was wrong, unlawful and we need to hold authorities accountable.

          2. Don, all who took the shots are lab rats for at least ten years from the date of their last shot. It takes that long for the experiment to prove it is a success or failure.

  2. The right decision was made but a lot of legal hot potato going on in a room full of elephants.

Take the win. Hopefully some more holes open up in the dam. Agree 100%. There needs to be a whole lot more fascists held accountable.

  3. Because the government can MANDATE drivers licenses … they believe they can MANDATE anything.

    And everything.

    1. About that: what does a drivers license prove, other than providing a picture ID? Almost all vehicle crashes are engineered by licensed drivers and of the rest it’s usually wild behaviour rather than lack of skill that results in smash-ups. I’ve seen many drivers so drunk they could barely walk, creeping along roads. In good conditions why not drive as fast as you wish?
All of our laws regarding driving are arbitrary and unnecessary. Just prosecute every crash as negligence or worse and deny personal insurance coverage to everyone found guilty of causing a crash. The consequences should be the prevention — not dicta from mini-tyrants behind desks.

    1. Yes, of course “mouth-swabbing” is prohibited by the law. That’s what the law plainly says. We used to be a country that aspired to be governed under the rule of law. Under this government it’s degenerating into rule by edict.

  4. l call them edicts from on high.
liberals are famous for them and it aint just politishuns.
because they are the ones know whats best for us and can bypass debate and legislative process.
meh. too time consuming they believe, the end result is inevitable so do it now.

the TURDeau is presently the poster boy for edicts from on high.
    2nd place is gill boat.

  5. The PCR test could not and cannot be used to prove that anything like “covid” even exists. It was a farce from the beginning and we still have not reached the end of the insanity perpetrated on the people, of not just Canada, but the entire planet.

  6. Justice Monahan’s decision is hardly remarkable. The legislation is clear. The government clearly violated it.

What’s remarkable is how awful the government people are to deliberately flout the law and to hound people under it. In a just society these government people would be prosecuted, from the top down.

  7. A judge who is not a member of our national socialist Liberal/NDP party team?

Wow, a rare find. And besides reading the big words, he even understands them!

Today’s most prominent lawyers are dumbed down versions of rational adults.

Most of the modern legal system is an extension of national socialist policy and corruption, it’s good for their cash flow and the authoritarian regime.

    1. Justice Monahan was a lawyer who worked for a period as an aide to Allan Rock when he was Minister of Justice. So he might most accurately be described as a traditional liberal. Traditional enough to respect language and Parliamentary democracy.

  8. Somewhat related, I was watching Sunday Night Baseball and one of the commentators, David Cone, wasn’t in the booth. He called in during the broadcast and said he was sick and had tested positive for Covid. WTF?! Why are people still testing for that crap?

    1. You can’t test positive for something that there is no actual test for. The guy got a cold.

    2. Kary Mullis, the inventor of PCR said it best and I paraphrase: “No matter what you want to find, you can find just about anything in anybody. That does not tell you whether it is meaningful or not”. I would refer you to this 3+ minute video of him making this point.

Having COVID present in your body does not mean that you are sick or ill with COVID. Jacking the PCR test Ct (cycle) count to 45 (as was done in Ontario) may make it easier to demonstrate that you have a COVID sample in your body but it does not prove that you are sick or ill with COVID or that you have sufficient viral load to transmit that illness to another. There is a list of symptoms that accompany COVID and only a doctor is qualified to judge whether you have passed the illness threshold.

And they continue testing with PCR to keep the fear heightened so that they can control us through the fear. Notice that they have not increased the numbers of doctors at the same time (which would be logical). Indeed, they have reduced the pool through the attack of Capital Gains measures. The goal is system collapse, and control, not benefit to the citizenry.

  9. Well, it is a little bit nice to know that we were all right, and they really were not allowed to do what they did.

But that makes the fact that they did it anyway much worse, if you ask me. It means the law is irrelevant to the people doing these things. They don’t care.

In a free country, government minions should be -afraid- to break the law. They should have genuine fear of the consequences to them personally. And here they clearly do not.
