U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon for the Southern District of Florida dismissed the Mar-a-Lago records case against Donald Trump on Monday.
Per the order, Cannon dismissed the case after finding that Special Counsel Jack Smith’s appointment violated the Constitution.
Arrest Garland today.
And with prejudice.
Case dismissed because of the egregious use of lawfare to attack a political opponent. Good stuff

That article is a bad joke of intentional ideological ignorance, ignoring yet another WH engineered lawfare that ignores Presidential declassification authority, that the documents in question were sent to MAL, that team Trump cooperated fully with NARA, and they were also guarded by the SS, not in a garage available for biography perusal by an influence peddling selling crackhead. Add to that the inept Smith and the partisan poodle Garland mishandling of this whole affair, from illegal appointments to show trial trophy evidence staging. Does this mean someone will take a shot at Judge Cannon?

Not sure where the dueling rulings intersect, but it is 3 1/2 months to election, and they still have to deal with the immunity ruling from SCOTUS. No way this gets near trial before election, and President Trumps AG may decide to drop?? LOL.

Because Smith’s POLITICAL … extra-Congressional … appointment WAS unconstitutional. But this is how the Dem’s operate … extra-Constitutional… extra-Democratic … they know the appeals and court decisions will take time. They know there is plenty of time to LIE and to tip off the CNN cameras for the RAID and perp walks … before the actual LAW kicks in.
Make sure you ask you rep to get back the money that was unlawfully paid to Jack Smith and his co-conspirators.
Also, sue him for all outside expenditures that the taxpayer paid for him.
Great timing by Cannon. Lefties can’t come out screaming about how this decision literally is destroying America, or start threatening the judge, without feeding the hysteria that Biden and the Democrats are trying to walk back right now.

Good news. Now perhaps someone will reopen the issue of several US states (run by Democrats) *unconstitutionally* changing their voting laws before the 2020 US election. It takes the state legislature to do so, not the Governor or the Secretary of State or the Elections Commissioner…ONLY a full vote of the state legislature can legally change the method of voting to allow mail-in votes, drop boxes, extensions of voting time, etc.
The last time someone tried to hold the Democrats accountable for this they were told by the Supreme Court that they had “no standing”. Let’s see what happens if they try it again.

I have a theory that the turning point was when Robert Kennedy died in that plane crash just as he was about to run against Shrillary. Kennedy was a good friend of Trump.
