Can’t help you out on your mystery figure, Robert, but I did get the symbolism of the colors of the swirls.
Red – Indian, not the dot kind
Yellow – Asian
Tan (way upper left) – Forehead dot Indian
Black – Blacks
White (just a smidge also upper left) – Extreme right-wing white supremacists
Blue – Smurfs, or all Canadians in Winter after net zero. The symbolism isn’t as clear.
Ah! The whole image rang a bell, Robert. It was a similar composition of men and/or women in gas masks in a Marvel Avengers movie. It was a group of Nazis or Hydra soldiers wearing gas masks.
I did a search for the image (propaganda nazis gas masks hydra) and could not find what I remembered seeing. But I found this image which gives an idea of the image I was looking for.

Yeah, I was getting that vibe, DeHihilist, but I’d swear I’ve seen the Forward composition with soldiers wearing gas masks.
I think I’ll search again using (forward, propaganda, gas masks) and see what pops up.
