This is a Russian propaganda video, but is it inaccurate?
Russia made a propaganda video about a Russian couple moving to the US.
But can you still call it propaganda if it is 100% accurate? pic.twitter.com/vcJzu77lTU

That’s actually really funny and very well done. I have in fact been to Russia and although it’s not for everyone I loved the place. It’s like heading back into the 70’s in terms of cleanliness and traditional norms – who could hate that?
Pretty good. Not that far from the truth.
Misinformation! Misinformation!!! A woman pretending to be a husband would NEVER fart like a man !! Because he’s BETTER than a man
Well, not entirely accurate.
We’re not required to kneel and beg forgiveness from a BIPOC… at least, not yet…
It’s an exaggeration, but an exaggeration of a truth nonetheless.
At least they weren’t moving to Canada with our mandatory orange shirts and obligatory land acknowledgements.
Yes, propaganda can be very truthful. It’s our job to figure out the type that is made up of lies.
Even encyclopaedia articles and school textbooks contain propaganda.
I had a textbook “The Afro-Asian World”. It covered sub-Sahara Africa and Asia including the European portion of the Soviet Union. All references to communism and communist countries were very positive. Most of it was BS.
Speaking of accurate propaganda:
