Take a bow, Christopher Rufo.
WINNING: Boeing has abolished its DEI department. Earlier this year, we published a story showing how DEI was undermining competence at the company. Insiders tell us it helped put pressure on the new CEO, who made the decision to shutter the department. pic.twitter.com/9o6NFAyQro

Lives Are Not at Stake.
Why would a company that builds commercial aircraft care about competence?
I call BS, like when MS announced the same thing. The dept. may be gone, but DEI is now baked into the entire outfit.
The two are not comparable. When Boeing has its projects fail, people die immediately and catastrophically. Boeing has had 737 MAXes flying into the ground. Boeing has had doors falling off aircraft in flight. Boeing had enormous development problems with the 787 Dreamliner including battery fires and overweight problems. Boeing Starliner was hung up on the ISS for months being judged too dangerous to return the crew it transported initially.
And you should know all this. Why don’t you?
Software errors have killed people.
You should know this. Why don’t you?
They have new names for this BS. “Allyship” or Bridge or whatever. The grifters are not going to get off the gravy train this easily.
