I can think of three possible solutions off the top of my head.

Country wide, Liberals have been damaging opposition parties election materials for decades…destroying signs, damaging election offices, sabotaging personal vehicles (puncturing tires, blocking exhaust pipes etc.). These people are criminally deranged, by any measure.
One of the reasons I hesitate to “talk” to a door-knocking communist, is the resulting vandalism to vehicles and home that will probably happen when they encounter a hard no at my door.

In the Liberal mind, the end of shutting down opposition and gaining power justifies literally any and all means. Literally anything, illegal, immoral, doesn’t matter as long as they come out ahead and on top. And more importantly, put you behind and under their heel.
