Can’t help you out on your mystery figure, Robert, but I did get the symbolism of the colors of the swirls.
Red – Indian, not the dot kind
Yellow – Asian
Tan (way upper left) – Forehead dot Indian
Black – Blacks
White (just a smidge also upper left) – Extreme right-wing white supremacists
Blue – Smurfs, or all Canadians in Winter after net zero. The symbolism isn’t as clear.
No idea.

I dunno but they need to work on their bedside manners. They remind me of those biologists in the Andromeda Strain. Creepy as all hell and about to suggest MAID
